With a combined experience of over 34 years, Brian and Rick have honed their skills working for various employers. In 2012, they seized the chance to form a partnership and establish their own business.

Brian's career began at 14 when he helped his stepdad with maintenance and repairs in mobile home parks. He advanced to handle almost any building or repair job that came his way. If given the choice, plumbing would be his preferred field, as it is his area of expertise. He has a reputation as a skilled troubleshooter! As a single father of three, he has spent his entire life in Iowa. He loves to read westerns and ride his motorcycle to relax during his downtime.
