Brian and Rick bring over 34 years of combined experience to the table, having previously worked for others. In 2012, they seized the chance to form a partnership and establish their own business.

At the age of 14, Brian started working with his stepdad, focusing on maintenance and repairs in mobile home parks. He worked his way up to manage a variety of building and repair projects. If he had to choose a specialty, plumbing would be his top pick, as it is where he truly shines. He has a reputation as a skilled troubleshooter! As a devoted single father of three, he has always called Iowa home. He loves to read westerns and ride his motorcycle to relax during his downtime.
