Thank you so much to Razor Rooter Plumbing! They came out for us on a Sunday and helped clear out all of our drains. Seriously the best!

Martin came out to help me on a simple faucet replacement gone wrong with cheap pot metal parts breaking on old the old faucet. It was stuck and I couldn't get it out, Martin came over and 20 minutes later old faucet out new faucet in all is working right now

Martin came to do a camera inspection of our main drain line, install new toilets, sinks, relocate the laundry cold/hot water lines, gas line and drain, install garage sink, install an outdoor drain line clean out. The process was over a few days and I trusted that it would get done right as I've worked with him a few times before for my other properties. The job was a messy job, so I'm glad that he did the work during our home remodeling period. His price was fair and being a repeat customer, I trusted that he gave me a good price.

Glad I was able to find this place open 24/7. My mom had a bit of an emergency late at night and Martin was able to go out and take a look at the problem and was able to fix it in less than hour. My mom was very pleased with the work. I will definitely be calling Razor plumbing for my moms future needs.

I am a bit delayed in providing this review, but I'm finally getting around to it because I feel obligated to contribute to a source that I use while relying on others to share their experiences. About one month ago I found a couple of quarter-sized drops of water on my kitchen floor shortly after I got home from work. It was so odd because I knew I hadn't spilled anything. When I moved, the water moved. Then I bounced up and down and could see more water coming up from under the laminate flooring. Ugh! I knew it had to be serious. I looked through Yelp for highly rated plumbers. Some with the highest ratings were closed. I found Martin's listing and it indicated ""open"" and there were many strong reviews. I tried not to focus on the bad reviews because I didn't really feel I had many options. When I called, Martin answered and said he would be at my place in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived before 30 minutes elapsed. I showed him my kitchen floor and I had already come to the conclusion that the water was definitely coming from underneath. Before Martin arrived I had emptied the space under my kitchen sink and the area was dry. Martin saw the water was coming up from under the flooring but he first opted to eliminate some less costly possibilities before arriving at more serious conclusions. He checked under my sink and then checked behind my refrigerator as he noted that it clearly had a water hookup. All was clear. He mentioned that it could possibly be a slab leak. I didn't really know what that was so Martin explained it to me. This information came in handy later because whenever a I started to explain to my insurance company or contractors what had happened, they'd ask if it was a slab leak.
Martin told me that I should contact my insurance because they will probably want to use a leak detection specialist. I was worried about the whole thing and asked more questions. Knowing that given there was water underneath, I asked Martin if he would be willing to look under the flooring. He said he would be willing to pull up a plank and he kept going until he had pulled up all the flooring in my kitchen - with my permission. He pulled the refrigerator out and pulled up the flooring before pushing it back, then he helped me to dry the cement floor so that any new water coming up from under the concrete would be evident. It didn't seem there was any new water so again with my encouragement he pulled out the stove and the flooring underneath. That is where the majority of water was. By the end of a short period of time Martin had helped me to locate the possible source and to dry the floor. He said he would return the next morning and he did, to check on the problem. He had also contacted a company that does water mitigation and they showed up when Martin did in the morning. Martin left eventually and I have since then followed through with the water mitigation company and my insurance. After all that work he did, Martin didn't bill me. I asked him later if I owe him for the work and he did not charge me. I appreciate all the hard work he did, the referral he provided for the water mitigation services, and his follow up to make sure it was all okay. Thank you Martin for all that hard work you did at the end of a day and for being available when I needed a professional plumber. Your knowledge was invaluable as I followed up with the insurance company and the restoration people.

I shopped around for sewer pipe re-lining, and Martin not only gave the best price of three that I spoke to, he also was very flexible in planning the work conveniently around my tenant's and my schedules.
He and his crew were quick, efficient, and the pipe looks great now (he ran a camera down before and after). I was especially pleased that he stuck to his original bid even when things got slightly more involved - other plumbers I know would add onto the price once they're halfway into the job.
He came back for free to check up on the connection when it was dripping, and put some serious thought into figuring out why it was leaking, and solved it.
I totally will be calling him next time any problems come up in my rental houses.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND MARTIN
I was originally gonna let this go but maybe I can save someone from a horrible experience and expensive lesson so this is a bit of a late and lengthy review.
This past Easter Sunday 2016, we noticed a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom. Being the normal guy we use is out of town, I decided to look at yelp. I found this company and called them around 9am to have someone come in and check the leak in which I was informed that it would be considered and emergency service(holiday) and would cost $150 to which given the situation I was fine with. I was also informed that if any work needs to be done the $150 could be applied to the cost of the job which to me was great. I was informed that the guy would arrive between 12 to 2 and was asked if I wanted a courtesy call prior to arrival to which I said yes.
2pm pass and still no call and around 230pm I hear a truck outside of my door (what happened to the courtesy call?) Martin then shows up clearly not in the mood to be at my house. He then ask me where the leak is and lead him to it. BEFORE even seeing what the leak is or where it was coming from he says ""I have to cut your whole ceiling off... Don't worry your insurance will cover it"" I told him no, there's an entry way for you to look at the leak first before deciding to mangle our home. He had the awful attitude when I said this and mentions ""I can't do it today anyways"". He then points a flashlight around and then says ""we need to replace your toilet. I can work on it today but it's double pay"" ($650) this is where I declined his service (mind you he's been at my house for 2 mins at this point). He also tries to push for a flooring company to come in and rip off our floors and again says ""your insurance will cover this"" again I decline. I then ask how much it would cost to fix if I had him come back the next day. He said it's normal labor costs but I lose the $150 I initially paid. I then mention that there was no mention of the $150 being available for that day only, this is where I hear the most unprofessional part ""well, it doesn't make sense for me to deduct the $150 as that's just for me to show up here today"". I mentioned that I was not informed that the $150 is only good that day, but he just said ""No, but if I do it today well deduct it""(double pay) and continues to write for the fee and was rushing to leave at this point (less than 10 mins at my house). I didn't want to deal with this as obviously this Martin guy is a SCAM and probably does more work than what is actually needed to make that extra buck and just wanted him out of my house at this point. Lost $150 but lesson learned and hopefully saves some of you from losing out like me.
I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND Martin and would give ZERO STARS if it was an option.

My house drain was clogged. I was told they would show up between 8:30-8:45. Martin showed up right at 8:30. Martin was a very nice guy and very informative. He checked out my house drain which had unclogged itself, (it was a soft clog). Martin gave me the option to leave the drain alone since drainage looked really good or he could still clean out if I wished. I decided to leave alone and got charged nothing. Very surprised and very pleased. No pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend. I will definitely call back if needed. Thanks Martin!

Martin made an effort to call me back on Easter Sunday regarding a sewer line clog.
He called the next day, as promised, and arrived within the given time frame. Although the plumbing issue was a little more difficult than anticipated, he pushed through until resolved. Prices were actually reasonable with no BS. Highly recommend.

I called Razor rooter when my kitchen faucet water pressure was very low. I couldn't even wash dishes for a few days, and I was so worried that it was going to be a problem with the pipes, but Rudy identified the problem, and restored the water pressure he also fixed a leak in my restroom faucet. He came the same day I called him and completed the work in under one hour. I was so impressed.
