Ray saved the day on a Sunday afternoon when I had a faulty toilet valve that broke loose and was at risk of flooding the property. I had a tenant on the property and the water was off as a result. I was in a jam and Cedar Glen hardware didn't have the part I needed to replace as well as a few other places I called. I called a dozen other local plumbers and either they didn't answer or gave me an absurd amount just to come over.

I called Ray and he was over within the hour and was able to get me back up and running within about half an hour.

Ray was very reasonable on his rates and did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and reassured that it would be okay. His quality of work was also great!

I'm a fan and he's now the first on my list in Lake Arrowhead for plumbing.

I had a sudden emergency in my rental cabin on the mountain. Sewer line breakage. Im way down in Seal Beach so I was in a panic. Called Ray for the first time ever and he was so kind and helpful. Beyond quick and efficient. He and his sons were there in like 5 minutes.They ran for parts and jumped to work immediately. Had it totally repaired and cleaned up in such a short time I was shocked. Ray and Sam are great, super friendly guys. They weren't able to make it right at the time we originally planned on, but called well ahead of time to let us know about the delay, and gave us the option to reschedule, or come a bit later. As someone who appreciates communication and being proactive, I can't applaud this more. Quality of work was also great, Ray finished up much faster than I thought. Would recommend to anyone up on the mountain. Will be calling Ray again for future projects!

We had major plumbing problems in the middle of a snow storm. Sunday afternoon. Tried three plumbers including Pinnacle Plumbing, which was recommended by someone. Couldn't even get someone to return my call (24 hour service, really?). Called Ray's Plumbing. Unbelievable service, fair price, 30 day guarantee or they come back out for free if the problem occurs again. Friendly, clean, professional. No up- selling. No gauging price wise. If you live on the mountain and need a plumber Ray is your guy. He is not kidding about 24/7. Had an emergency with my water heater in the height of the snowstorm this week. He came right over, saw I needed a replacement, flew down the mountain to procure the heater and back up to install immediately. Was their til after midnight finishing the job. 48 hours later I had ground water rising into lower level due to the heavy rains. He was back at my place within 20 minutes to asses the damage. As this is not my primary residence, having Ray nearby and ready to respond, is nothing short of a blessing.
