As of March 1st, Ray's Complete Plumbing has proudly provided professional plumbing services for 61 years in Charlotte and neighboring counties. Founded in 1957 by Raymond A. Webb in Coral Gables, Florida, the company moved to Charlotte County to collaborate with the Mackle Bros. on residential and commercial projects in Port Charlotte. After eleven years with the company, Dave Burnett acquired it in 1991. After Hurricane Charlie caused major damage in 2005, the company moved to a new 3000 square foot facility in Punta Gorda. Ted Steele purchased the company in 2013, establishing a new location in Englewood, FL, and expanding Ray's Plumbing's reach to Sarasota County. Ray's Complete Plumbing, as it is now called, also delivers air conditioning services through its sister company, Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling, Inc..

Since 2002, Ted Steele has owned Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling, Inc. and expanded into plumbing by purchasing Ray's Complete Plumbing in 2013. He is committed to preserving the company's outstanding reputation while extending Ray's service area to include all of Sarasota County.
