I just had my tank installed by Park M. He came to my door on time and he explained to me fully as to what he was going to do. He asked me if I had any questions. Only when I answered in the negative, did he begin his job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I've had a series of bad experiences with Culligan over the past 7 years and I finally made the switch. From the inception, Rayne provided me with courtesy and professionalism. I was very pleased with Park's hardworking demeanor coupled with his efficiency and friendliness. He cleaned up after himself and he spent a few more minutes explaining to me what was done and what to expect. He once again asked me if I had additional questions. I've been using Rayne for 18 months, and I am extremely happy with the quality of the water softener and the professionalism of the people who service the filters every month. The person who stopped by my house today, Andrew Servin, didn't just swap out the filter, he made sure the all the valves, etc. where the filter is installed was in good working condition.
