We had a great experience with Rayne Water thanks to their technician, Erik V. He did an awesome job fixing the placement of our RO system and was super patient with our (admittedly a little OCD!) requests about where to move the RO faucet. Really appreciated that he took the time to double-check the placement with us before drilling anything. He worked quickly, was very professional, and also just a genuinely nice guy.

Highly recommend asking for Erik if you need service on your RO system!

Excellent Service Recognition for John S

We would like to recognize John S for his outstanding service in installing our drinking water system. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. He took the time to explain the installation process beforehand and provided clear instructions on how everything works after completion.

John went above and beyond by returning later to replace the original water dispenser, ensuring it fit perfectly in the designated spot.
The water dispenser was dripping the cold part and I informed John. He responded promptly even its late night and helped me troubleshoot instructed me what to do. I requested to replace into another one that works and said he will call the office first thing in the morning to swap it to a new one. His dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Thank you, John, for your excellent service!

I have finally cancelled Rayne. Although their water tastes fine, their business model is atrocious. What service industry business is not available for their customers after 4 pm or on weekends. Furthermore, they never remind you when it is time to replace your filters. They are the absolute worst! After being a customer for many years - like 15, I have finally had enough. Price hikes, lack of quality service and poor customer support drove me away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I love the water that the Rayne water system produces. It taste amazing. It's flavor is superior to any bottled water. I had their service for over 20 years. However, I do not like that their prices increase every year. I don't like that they do not email or call to remind your the filter needs to be changed. I do not like that the hours they will come to service the unit are only weekdays from 8-4pm. I am an educator and cannot be home during those hours. Every time I had the filters changed I had to either take a day off or schedule on a school holiday. I complained about the limited service hours many times. I suggested one Saturday a month or one late day a month but this was not offered. I finally gave up and had the system removed. I feel Rayne is in the service industry. They provide a service to the consumer yet do not take in account the customers needs.

One of their representatives came into our community, which has a 10 mile hour zone. After expressing to them to please slow down he continue to drive faster. Try to stop him on his way out, and he almost hit me with his vehicle. Spoke to their office yesterday Waiting for a callback from the general manager.
