I've used Rayne water services for the past year.I first got a reverse osmosis water system from them, and recently just got a water softening tank. Andy (the sales rep) is an awesome guy who is always kind, responsive, and doesn't try to oversell you at all. The best part about rayne is that their services do not come with contracts, which to me shows how confident they are in their services!

As for the installation, John was extremely fast and helpful. It prob took him less than 15 mins to install the water softener today and didn't leave any mess at all.

Just got the water softening and reverse osmosis systems installed. John S. was the installer, he was on time, friendly and was able to install the kitchen system without running any cables and made it fit in the best way to maximize space. He was communicative and explained everything and checked in later to make sure it was all working as expected.

I requested a service call & when the yech (John S.) came out, he noticed that I just had my garage floor painted, he offered to put a mat under the tanks so it doesn't damage the floor. He was very professional & knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company for your water softening needs.

We've been using Rayne for about 12 years. They are always on time with our tank exchanges and we've never had any issues with the system. Due to space limitations in our garage I leave a workbench next to our exchange tank and move it on Rayne days. I completely forgot and only remembered when I heard the garage open. By the time I got to the garage Gerardo had already somehow replaced the tank in the narrow space next to the table. I apologized and Gerardo was extremely gracious and professional. Great service, makes a huge difference in water quality in the house and excellent people doing the exchange work.
