After switching my soft water service from Culligan to Rayne I was hoping for higher quality service but was disappointed. I used the tank delivery service and, similar to Culligan, found that a high percentage of the tanks delivered either semi-hard water (~20% of the time) or totally hard water (~10% of the time). Roughly 1/3 of the time I was dissatisfied with the quality of the service. If semi-hard water is ok with you, then this service may be satisfactory. If, like me, you really want soft water I suggest not getting the tank delivery service.

Making matters worse, after recently living with hard water for 6 days due to a faulty tank, Rayne offered me a three day credit on my bill. When I scoffed at that they upped it to 5 days. I demanded they give me a six day credit for the 6 days without soft water and they refused. So, on top of a poor product their customer service is lacking and they appear to be unwilling to stand behind their product.

After two years of Rayne service, I'm switching to another provider and purchasing a non-delivery soft water system to ensure high soft water quality.

We purchased a whole house water system in July of 2019. We were told that after so many gallons of water were conditioned that it would need to be refreshed. This year we contacted Rayne and were told that it was not possible to perform a refresh. A month later I sent a copy to the Salesman and he said he would correct the issue.
Again I reached out to Beau Rawlings sending him the original information and haven't heard back from anyone at Rayne. By refresh I mean recharge.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND OTHER HEADACHES This company really does not deserve any stars. I called rain because we have a filter unit and I've been living here for 20 years. One day the filter tank started leaking. Therefore, I called the number on the sticker that was on my wall which belong to rain I let them know the situation the water leaking they came out in such a timely manner I was impressed. Then I decided to contract them to filter our water so we started getting services then a few months after they started coming they started being really messy leaving all kinds of water spilled everywhere I water heater was getting wet and our main concern was that they would one day get water in the water heater and they would also get the walls really wet, causing the drywall to start breaking. My husband had me cancel because of how sloppy they were and careless. When they came to put the tank on bypass, they closed the water coming into the house from the street. Then he closed the main line that is on our property he did what he had to do then when he turn the water back on the pressure was too much causing water leakage from the systems solar panel My husband was so frustrated with this because he said that the water pressure was too much that it caused another pipe on the water heater to burst recalled right now and they came out and said why didn't they leave a tank? Why would the pressure be so high?; of course this was a different technician than the first one. This has caused us so many problems. To top it off they don't want to be responsible for all the issues they caused. Be careful if you are thinking about hiring this company.

I called yesterday to set up an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. They had an opening for today, the very next day and that was great. She gave me the window of time for the appointment and then followed up today to let me know when the tech would arrive. Paulino showed up well within the time frame and he was knowledgeable and professional. Because I was interested in what he was doing (fixing our soft water system and changing filters on our RO system) he patiently answered my questions and kept me updated on what he was doing. He figured out why the RO system wasn't working and cleaned out the meter so it was functional again. He left the area cleaner than it was and was professional and courteous the entire time. I don't often leave reviews but when a company provides excellent service like this I feel my part is to let them know it. Thank you Rayne and Paulino.
