Have a water softener system that was installed by Rayne 15 years ago. Now have some issues so called for service. Soonest appointment was over two weeks out. That seemed ridiculous to me so I will call my handyman who will make the effort to get here today or tomorrow. Will not call Rayne anytime soon.

He was on time , I forgot to take things out from under sink , he did it , lol my corgi helped him , he was professional , kind

We discussed where to put my soft water tank and it was all perfect
I texted Bo , told him all was going well ,
Once you buy your system , Bo is still there through all steps.


Ok Culligan told my neighbor she had to call a Plummer before they could do install
But
Rayne came out today and installed soft water and RO drinking and my neighbor is so excited , she called me and said , Janice you should see how pretty my hair is
And
When water is in class it's so clear ..

My other friend Lisa bought her system and called and told me the installer was a , doll

Just got a reverse osmosis set-up with This great company. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the water for drinking and household needs. Drinking water is a pleasure again. My sales representative Beau was as nice and professional, and accommodating as could be! Their installation person did an excellent and efficient job. It went quickly without a flaw. I was very happy with this and I'd like to point this out that I was going to use Culligan but they said I needed some additional plumbing work that would have been expensive and obviously unnecessary. So if you'd like great drinking water and softened water give Rayne a call. I think you'll be happy.

Rayne, you always come through for us. EVERY time I call with questions or concerns, your customer service ladies are so incredibly wonderful! Salvador has been out to our home a few times and he's extremely helpful and patient with my odd questions. Today, Fernando was here. He's knowledgeable and courteous. He installed another softening system. Unfortunately, it's not very often that a company employs magnificent people, from receptionists to the employees that come out to your home to service their products. Thank you for ALWAYS being there for me and providing excellent customer service!!!!

Couldn't be happier with the service. The water is now nice and soft on my skin, the R/O unit has delicious water, and no more crud on glasses when they come out of the dishwasher. The gent was super polite when installing and everything is tucked away and neat on the instal. Thanks Rayne

Purchased a water softener back in December from Beau and I have not had any issues. Beau was very professional and made the process very easy. Adriana is also very helpful and friendly every time I call with a question. Great customer service. Highly recommend giving them your business.

NEGATIVE 10 in Horrible, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. I do NOT recommend this business at All.

I have been trying to work with them for over a year to try and get at least the consistency of a timeframe (morning or afternoon) their drivers will be at my house once a month.
I can't even get that after well over a year.

The manager Phil would rather lose 3 houses of service that's over $200 a month in revenue for them then actually try to coordinate some kind of morning or afternoon schedule with myself. I'm not asking for an exact time, just a CONSTANT 3-4 hour window once a month to change out soft water tanks.

DO NOT USE RAYNE!!!!!! I'd love to give this company -5 stars but that is not an option. These people do not know how to bill properly and we have been paying for a water softener service for the past five months and the unit has been broken THE ENTIRE TIME!! the first month I noticed spots on our glass so we called Rayne for a service tech he came and checked my sink faucet water wrote a few notes down and said everything was fine!! I trusted him! everything was NOT fine!! we have been paying for a service that hasn't even been running!!!!! This company sucks!! do not use them!! USE ANYONE ELSE BUT RAYNE!!!!!!!
