So far so good. Tried another company first but had a lot of trouble with that company not calling me back when they promised. I was recommended to try Rayne water by my neighbor and they sent someone out practically the next day to evaluate my situation and needs. Needed my husband's input and Beau (sp?) was fine setting up a call with us at 8pm which was very generous since it was very late for a regular working business. The main office was able to set up an appointment for me and by the end of the week we had our new conditioning system. We got their spartan installed (took maybe an hour to install) and so far we are liking it a lot. We expect to have to change the smaller filter every year and bigger one every 5 years. Hopefully we won't have any issues crop up but will update review if we do. :)

I got RO water for my kitchen and had my water softened for the rest of the house. The cost was economical and the service friendly and polite. They go beyond their requirements to ensure everything is working well and remains so. I had a few hiccups with installation afterwards and they immediately came out to fix the problem with no charge since I was still under warranty. Even so, the account rep was in my area once and came out to assist me when I had an issue with my water spout. He did his best, but eventually I had to contact service and the repairman did a great job on fixing the problem and explaining what was wrong. Everything is working perfectly and I'm glad I chose this company because anyone can install something, what matters is what happens when it needs repair. Expediency, professionalism, and responsibility are important for good customer service and to keep people referring. I highly refer and recommend this company.

We decided we needed to have water conditioning service at our home after having to replace all the faucets at least once because of the horrible hard water. We first contacted a company(not Rayne) and we're given a quote. The salesperson that came to our home was over an hour late and that was after him calling us to have to reschedule the appointment. I lacked confidence in that company so I decided to check out one more company. I called Rayne and they sent out their sales representative named Beau. Beau was fantastic! He explained the entire process because we had never had water softener service before. He explained how hard our water was and what we needed to soften it. He explained the installation and billing processes. Everything has been fantastic for over a year now. We are pleased with our service and his recommendation of 2 tanks twice a month has been great. Every time a technician comes by they have confirmed with me that everything is good and that I'm happy with the service.

This is a very frustrating company to try to work with. I bought a Spartan TAC system with the Big Blue carbon filter (not an inexpensive system). They completely forget about you once you have bought, no servicing or notices for when to check the system. I called for a service appointment ($). The system was not strong enough for the water in Ojai, and the service guy who came out could only offer to change me to a monthly service... no improvement of equipment to counter the stronger calcium that deposits on my pipes and equipment. So I am just outa luck. Lately our water pressure has dropped, so I called and requested a service call (my $ of course) to inspect our Big Blue carbon filter. After waiting two weeks for an appointment, the guy is no show. I call and the office manager says they have no record of a service request in their system and I will have to wait for another appointment. She said she would fit me in on the last call of the day at the end of the week. This company cannot be trusted.
