I had such high hopes. And hear things are getting better, but they're still overcharging me, and not honoring the deal that I made with the sales representative when we started.
The office seems to not be very helpful. They're fairly rude and I've asked to speak to their supervisor many times and they won't let me. What's up with that?
I have even called the Santa Clarita office and had them leave a message for I think it's David? But I don't know I never heard back.
They're overcharging when they haven't delivered. Because of the fiasco sewage situation here in Fillmore, they said the roads were blocked and they couldn't get here to deliver my tanks. And then another week of her is another excuse. How do you charge someone for tanks that they haven't received? How do you expect a consumer to make a decision about services in their home when they don't even get the soft water deliveries.
But they're still charging me.
I've asked to discontinue my service or to have them fix the billing. And nothing I just keep getting calls saying I owe them.
I even showed Beau, the sales representative screenshots of customers that were upset with Rayne on the next-door app. There's quite a few people that are upset with their services, but they don't do anything about it. Shame on them!

This review is regarding new service set up and install. Setting up service was extremely easy. My initial call was answered immediately and the office support person was nice and knowledgeable. Every request I made was answered with ""sure, we can do that"". Installation was preformed by Uriel two days later. He was on time and very professional, but friendly, too. I'm afraid my existing hookup point made things more complicated than he would have expected, but he was so patient and reassuring that I felt comfortable and confident that he could do the job without problems, and he did! Yay, Uriel! So far, I would recommend Rayne if you're looking for soft water, and I'm extremely particular.

I needed a replacement for my under kitchen sink RO system that was failing due to old age. Andrew came out the same day I called for help, answered my questions, confirmed my suspicions about my old system and within 24 hours replaced my system with a new one delivering ample delicious tasting drinking water. My morning coffee never tasted so good !

Bought water softener with a 20 year warranty around the time of 10/2008. At the time, the salesman selling me the warranty said the warranty covers all parts and labor.
I have had services performed since installation, including maintenance services twice and another service call that required a ""total rebuild"" of my equipment around 2012. The maintenance services I paid for but the ""total rebuild"" cost nothing. The tech who provided the ""total rebuild,"" said the warranty covers everything.
April 3rd, 2023, I had a service call because the softener was not working. Reluctantly paid for a service call, $155.00. This fee, I don't believe I should not have had to pay because this was a problem with the softener and it should be covered by warranty. There is a physical problem with the equipment. The tech said he needed to order some parts and they would call when they were available. He stated if I had the warranty, there would be no cost to repair.
I waited until 5/2/2023 and still had not been contacted by the company. I called and was told the part was not covered and that is why they did not call me back. They told me it was going to cost roughly $150 and schedule a date for repair. I told them I was told by the salesman, three different techs that the parts and labor were covered by the warranty with no exceptions, there would be no costs for repair. I requested a callback from the manager. I have not heard from him.
I feel if I was told by the salesman, and three techs that parts and labor are covered, with no exceptions, I should not have to pay for the parts and labor to get my softener working. The fact that I had to pay for service fee to have someone come out to see if it is something covered by the warranty is not right. I am seeking repair of my softener under warranty and refund the cost of the service call to see what the problem is. I have already lodged a comlaint with the BBB, and will seek to lodge a complaint with the state Consumer Protection.

We just had Uriel and Paulino come to our house to change the filters for our RO and water conditioning systems. They arrived on time and did a great job. We purchased our water systems from Rayne over a year ago and are very happy with the product and service.

Great experience all around. Account manager was great to talk to - gave me pricing and explained everything over the phone (other companies want to do a house visit to push on sales). Installation was easy and system works perfectly

We dumped our old water softener and leased from Rayne a number of years ago. Perfect install (the drain was a rather complicated). We've had one failure over the years and they came out and fixed it the next day. They even provide and deliver the salt in the lease cost - you can have a regular delivery schedule or just call when you need more, like I did.
Now we're moving, and Uriel came out to remove the unit today. He was friendly and efficient.

Uriel was the service representative who came to change the water filters for my Rayne Water System and he was excellent! He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He was very neat, cleaned up after he changed the filters, douple checked to make sure everything was working properly, clearly explained how to let the water drain and then let the tank refill. Uriel had a positive, energetic, upbeat attitude that showed he enjoyed his work and cared about helping people. Rayne Water is lucky to have him on their team. Thanks!

ANDREW is amazing! He came to my house immediately to fix a simple problem & went a step further to explain my system to me in layman's terms. He was polite, kind & very informative.

We've had Rayne for a little over a year and I just want to show my appreciation for how nice our delivery man Evan is here in Fillmore. He's always on time, very nice down to earth guy, and switches out our tanks fairly quick. We have never had problems with Rayne or our delivery man and glad we signed on with Rayne over their competitors.
