My husband and I recently moved into a new build and shopped around for a water softener. Everyone that represented Rayne Water was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rick gave us an initial visit and consultation. He was easy to talk to and explained the process of water softening, filtration, and even reverse osmosis. He was also very patient as we were actually getting our move done and cable/internet set up during this time too. We decided to go forward with installing these systems. Don and TJ were punctual and did a great job. They made our water filter and softener look like it originally came with the house! They explained how each system worked, how to maintain it, and were fast and efficient. They also both took the time to answer any questions that I had. I now have great tasting water and no more hardness! Thanks Rayne Water!

After moving to the desert we quickly realized that the water here is horrific. It's full of rock particles excessive of what is healthy to drink, cook, and use. It's hard and has a smell that gave us pause to look into how we can stop hauling cases of bottled water almost every other day from a local grocer. Plus, I've always felt guilty for being such a large consumer of plastic water bottles despite the fact we still recycle. Something had to be done.

The conversation started with an article from our vet about how bad our water is and the impact it has on our dogs. I'm talking the potential of organ failure if consumed over time. That was it. So, my wife jumped on Yelp and called Dan from Rayne Water. I'm so glad she did.

Dan came out and tested our water and educated us in the multiple options Rayne can provide to filter and purify our water. A big difference between the both while both needing to be addressed.

T.J. and Don came out today to do our install. It was a huge job requiring running piping and lines. They were exceptional and professional along with the know-how to get the job done correctly and to our liking. They went above and beyond to position our unit in a smart space versus just placing it where it was easiest. They worked hard with a great deal of care. Now our whole home has filtered water along with a proven water purification system that allows us to boot the annoyance and cost of purchasing bottled water. And, frankly, it tastes better.

We just moved to Scottsdale and had an old system in the garage and under the sink. We called the office number and talked to Christy who really knew her stuff. We had Dan come out to our house and we loved his candor. The system I thought we needed he said was fantastic but more than we needed for just the 2 of us. I know, a sales guy who didn't try and over sell us. We bought 2 systems and rented a 3rd. The installer Don was hilarious and clearly experienced. He showed up right on time and left the work area cleaner than when he started. We love all 3 of our systems and would highly recommend Rayne of Phoenix. Clean and soft water from all faucets and showers plus purified water at the sink. Rayne has a very happy customer.

I met Dan at the Home Expo in Glendale. There were many water softener companies at the expo, but I liked Dan's booth the best because it wasn't expensive and elaborate. He just had the equipment and brochures and he was taking time to speak to each person and inquire about their individual needs. I spoke with Dan and told him I was moving in a month, or so, and wanted him to follow up with me around that time. Dan contacted me right on schedule and was patient with me as my schedule was a little crazy with home inspections and closing. When it finally came time to decide on my system, Dan did a water test and provided me with photos and descriptions of what he found. He also provided me with different options of what would work for me.

TJ came out to install my softener system and filtration system. He was on time and very polite. I had several different technicians at my house that day for multiple different services and TJ was the most thorough and the most polite. He did a great job installing my system and going over the maintenance and care with me. He was careful not to scuff or damage the walls of my new house, even though his work was being done in the garage. I really appreciate that level of attention!

I have no idea how Rayne's prices compare to their competitors because I was so pleased with the level of service from Dan that I didn't bother to look elsewhere. I was a customer service manager for many years and when I come across great customer service with other businesses, I prefer to do business with them. Thanks guys for doing a great job!

We recently installed a water softener from Rayne Water. Dan Noonan was great to work with explaining the entire system from a chemistry point of view and was very patient as I was 30 minutes late to our consultation. The price was right compared to the other companies and Dan set us up with 12 months 0% financing. We were really surprised we could feel and taste the difference.

My garden is happy too. Thanks to Dan for providing potassium chloride tabs and with the empty bag for reference I bought three more at Costco for super cheap. Potassium is much better than salt for the environment and your health.

My wife loved installer Don's knowledge and professionalism, he also helped me troubleshoot a washing machine issue after install.

I am beyond pleased with and grateful for our experience with Dan Noonan and Rayne Water Conditioning!
Our appliances seem to getting newer since we had the soft water system put in. Our dish washer and tea kettle were building up awful mineral crud and it's all gone, only after 6 months! And the drinking water is delicious. Anytime we've had questions or concerns, Dan and his team has been extremely responsive. We've had Rayne maintenance workers visit our home to check on the system and they've been helpful, going above and beyond, and they feel trustworthy. As a mother, with children at home, it's nice to feel comfortable with the maintenance people working at my home. Thank you for everything, Dan and Rayne.

My husband and I recently moved to Arizona and discovered how horrible tasting the drinking water was. We had an out dated reverse osmosis system that was not working correctly. I had emailed several companies asking for a phone call back. Dan Noonan promptly returned my call and we set up a time for him to come over for a consultation. He tested our drinking water and we discussed what our options were. We chose their top-of-the-line reverse osmosis system. We have had it now in our home for three weeks and the water is simply fabulous! What a difference!! We also have the line ran to our refrigerator for the water and ice. Before I couldn't even have any ice in my water because I couldn't stand the taste. The two gentlemen that came out to install our system were very nice and professional. As far as the water system is concerned, it is a great system well worth the price.

When it comes to customerservice of the Phoenix Arizona office it is horrible. They mislead customers into thinking they need a full service at a cost of $75 when they know all they need is new filters which the customer can do themselves for $25.

If you use this company make sure you ask a lot of questions, especially about cost. No one needa a $75 service call for something they can do themselves.
