I had no idea that a water softener in Arizona was a must have. So, I purchased one from Home Depot, hooked it up and the rest is history... bad history. The system was only 7 months old and most of the time it didn't work. I was always dealing with salt bridges, salt levels, leaks, salty taste during showers and the list goes on. I met Dan with Rayne Water at a Home and Garden show and we spoke some about water softeners. Now, coming from Oregon, I was spoiled to having some of the best drinking water literally in the world. Dan is simply the nicest and most approachable sales people I've met. He explained to me what they offered, price points and even offered to come to my home which happens to be in a rural area just to test and help me with my current softener at no cost. But wait! It gets better... Dan stuck to his word, called me to tell me he could come but I cancelled. We then rescheduled but I will be honest, I couldn't help to feel that maybe this is how Rayne Water works their way into pressuring the customer into buying their system. Anyway, I thought what's the worst that could happen? I could maybe get turned off by being pressured into buying a system and not buy one and give Rayne water a terrible review or, I could wait and see if Dan at Rayne Water will step up and give me the same approachable and caring customer service he gave at the Garden show. Anyway, Dan did come over, tested my water, and redid all my settings on my Home Depot junk softener all for free. Then, he mentioned he'd be on his way and that if I had any other issues with my current softener to give him a call. I'm like thinking... wait... this guy mentioned nothing about the softeners Rayne water offers! This doesn't seem right. Why? I thought. Doesn't he want to sell me something? Nope. The only thing this guy wanted to sell me on was that Rayne water was the best at giving great customer service. That's it. In fact, I had to start the conversation on what they offered before he left ONLY because I knew he would only answer my questions, not sell me on anything. So, we spoke briefly about this, he gave me his card and set off into the Arizona sunset. Several days later my wife got sick of smelling mildew on our clothes. So, I called Dan and asked what they can do for this. He calmly explained that they offered a filtration system they can put after the junk softener I had and so I scheduled for this to happen. now... this is where the GREAT technical service comes in. Don was the first tech who came and installed the filter. He was absolutely professional and very knowledgeable and even before he left, offered to put a packet of Sani-System in the Home Depot junk I had to clean it out once again, at no cost. The tech then went on his way into the Arizona sunset and all was good... or maybe not... NOT on the softener side--again. My softener started acting up so I called Dan and he explained what I could do to maybe get it working. I later tried those things to no avail and to be honest, I had enough. I couldn't get it working. I called Dan again and asked for his Shaolin water wisdom on the best softener for my needs and made the plunge. He even gave me the Home and Garden show discount weeks after. Wow. Just wow. Then, the second tech guy came out, Arthur to install the new softener system and this guy was also very polite and knowledgeable. I also have to say that his initial install and plumbing was so clean and perfect. He even installed a spigot right next to the softener so that I could wash my car. Finally, I just want to say that Rayne Water is definitely one of those needle-in-the-haystack great customer service companies that you simply will not find anywhere else. Their prices are fair. Their service is unmatched and the quality of their products so far appears to be much better than I could have expected. My water feels like an expensive set of silk sheets without the salt taste.

I recently had my exchange tank moved from my patio to my garage and the Rayne personnel involved with my service couldn't have been any nicer. Andrew, the installer, fixed a problem with my hose bib and pressure release valve that 2 plumbers before him couldn't resolve. He made the extra effort to find the CORRECT part to resolve the unsightly botch job that was there before. He was kind and professional and didn't condescend to me as most other repair persons do. Being a woman doesn't make one stupid when it comes to these issues and Andrew respected that. Additionally, Dan, Christy, Dolly, James and the entire crew at Rayne seriously cares about the customer. Additionally, I am paying half the amount I was paying at Culligan. It's a win-win. I wish I had a before and after picture to show you how nice everything looks now.

I recently wrote a great review about Rayne in Phoenix because they did another great install for me in my new home. I've been a Rayne customer for 18 years previously and took considerable time to write a review with a picture of the finished install.
That review was the second review I ever wrote for Yelp and IT WAS MY LAST.
Yelp removed my review because they think I'm a shill for Rayne...WHICH I AM NOT. I'm sick of writing reviews, taking considerable time and effort to do so, then having my reviews deleted.

I am friggin DONE with Yelp. Done...I tell ya!
The moderators at Yelp who treat my reviews this way can go to Hell.

I started the search for a soft water system. we had 3 companys come to explain what they had to offer. During our conversation, I want to know about a soft water system, and installation . I do not have a soft water loop, so I wanted some options. Also I asked about a RO system and also a new hot water heater. David Newham of RAYNE of North Valley the General Manager showed up for the initial consultation. He answered all of our billion question, he also added some other options for the soft water loop installment which turned out to be the best option. There was no pressure, only patients and explaining everything. Even after leaving, we had some more question. we texted them and Dave was happy to explain the answers. It was an Outstanding experience and so happy we chose Dave of Rayne of North Valley for our purchases. We chose to do all three, Water softener, RO system and new Hot Water Heater.

Now the day came for the installing, a huge shout out to Miles and Dakota for the Professional job they did. Although I Did hover and ask many question, Miles was happy to answer them all. They were very clean and respectful of my home. They ensure to keep there work are clean and clean you after them selves. They went Way Beyond what was need to ensue a High Quality instillation. We are so Happy with the Total service we received from RAYNE of the NORTH VALLEY. With Dave setting the foundation of what they offered and His crew MILES and Dakota for a OUTSTANDING JOB WELL DONE!

My wife and I have been very happy using Rayne Water. Our water quality is much improved. We are also very impressed with our service person James who is a pleasure to talk to and a magician in replacing our units in a tight location. As the former owners of a large service company we recognize what an asset a quality employee is.

My husband and I recently moved into a new build and shopped around for a water softener. Everyone that represented Rayne Water was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rick gave us an initial visit and consultation. He was easy to talk to and explained the process of water softening, filtration, and even reverse osmosis. He was also very patient as we were actually getting our move done and cable/internet set up during this time too. We decided to go forward with installing these systems. Don and TJ were punctual and did a great job. They made our water filter and softener look like it originally came with the house! They explained how each system worked, how to maintain it, and were fast and efficient. They also both took the time to answer any questions that I had. I now have great tasting water and no more hardness! Thanks Rayne Water!

After moving to the desert we quickly realized that the water here is horrific. It's full of rock particles excessive of what is healthy to drink, cook, and use. It's hard and has a smell that gave us pause to look into how we can stop hauling cases of bottled water almost every other day from a local grocer. Plus, I've always felt guilty for being such a large consumer of plastic water bottles despite the fact we still recycle. Something had to be done.

The conversation started with an article from our vet about how bad our water is and the impact it has on our dogs. I'm talking the potential of organ failure if consumed over time. That was it. So, my wife jumped on Yelp and called Dan from Rayne Water. I'm so glad she did.

Dan came out and tested our water and educated us in the multiple options Rayne can provide to filter and purify our water. A big difference between the both while both needing to be addressed.

T.J. and Don came out today to do our install. It was a huge job requiring running piping and lines. They were exceptional and professional along with the know-how to get the job done correctly and to our liking. They went above and beyond to position our unit in a smart space versus just placing it where it was easiest. They worked hard with a great deal of care. Now our whole home has filtered water along with a proven water purification system that allows us to boot the annoyance and cost of purchasing bottled water. And, frankly, it tastes better.

Thank you, Rayne Water, for the great service!
