Really fast service, they showed up within a couple hours of when we called. Jesus taught me how to fix the problem myself the next time it comes up, which I really appreciated. Great service, would recommend!

We scheduled an appointment to have our water heater looked at, especially with the CO detector going off. For us this was an emergency situation.

They gave us a window of 12-4pm. I pulled favors at work to be available at home. It was very hard to do this and I'm still trying to recover from it.

At 4:30pm, I called and was only told that because they had it entered in on their end on the following day that I was wrong. No apologies. No ""maybe there was a miscommunication,"" nothing.

I told them I wasn't available the next day and as you can see from my screenshot, they still came. No remorse, no apologies.

If you hire this company, make sure you're okay with no shows and cold attitudes to the value of your time.

We had an emergency today after a pipe in the garage ruptured. Jesus R. responded to the call, quickly assessed the situation, and fixed it (temporarily pending full job repair). Jesus experience and quick thinking saved our weekend! Thank you Rayne for your great service!

I just wanted to say that the plumber Jesus Rosario went over and above such a great job for me with a difficult situation. First appointment made for Monday. Nobody came. Second appointment made for Tuesday, plumber came but had no spare parts (toilet handle and seal) but said he would get the parts and be back on Wednesday (he never came), so Thursday (no one came), so Friday........they have the parts but no plumber so want us to wait till next Monday. Are you kidding me? They do not phone you to cancel. You sit in the 4 hour window waiting day after day then have to phone them to find out the latest excuse. Avoid them if you are not a big commercial contract.

Rayne was the oncall at our previous complex and was always helpful and fair. Fast forward a few years and we had a plumbing issue at our new place. Jesus and Tony did a fantastic job -- these guys know their stuff, give helpful advice, and solved our problem quickly and professionally. 10/10 would call Rayne again.

Great help from Jesus Rosaria of Rayne Plumbing. He insured that the replacement of faucet/handles for bathroom sink was finished to my satisfaction despite the fact that the parts of the replacement faucet/handles did not totally line up with the original plumbing parts. Likewise, he verified that the fix of the shower control was to my satisfaction and made an adjustment at my request. It feels very good to have work completed fully.

I have now used Rayne's three times. Each time for a different issue. Every time the service or repair service has been excellent. Today, Jesus was my tech. He went above and beyond. He needed to go under the house for the repair. Let's just say he had to deal with some unwelcome critters that were enjoying the comfort under the house. Next house project. He completed the job despite the extra help. Now that is service. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing or sewer needs. They are my go to.

The Rayne representative, Jesus, came out to our place a little more than an hour after we first contacted Rayne. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Knew immediately how to fix the problem. Even showed me how to do the fix so I can do it if the problem happens again.

Would definitely use Rayne again.
