I had a clogged kitchen sink and water was leaking from its base last night. I called Rayne Plumbing and got an appointment for the right next morning.
Aaron showed up on time in the morning.
He was very kind explaining what the issues are and have them fixed in timely manner.
He explained what he was doing step by step to us, and thoroughly tested it after the repair in front of us to make sure there's no more water leaking or other issues.
I was quite impressed with his professional service!
I'd definitely recommend him.

Had to have them come back to fix an inadequate job done at end of February. They reseated all toilets in the house and one of them was not tightened down correctly and was loose. When they came back to fix the original work, they charged another $160 to fix the original work. Previous plumbers did not have to do this on reseating. Work lasted for years, not months. Do not allow them to leave before carefully inspecting all work. Even better, use someone else. We had been a Rayne customer for 15 years before this. Not any more.

Called Rayne Plumbing last Fri. due to what we found was a toilet leak that caused a flood and water dripping through my ceiling. They came right away - I believe my technician/plumber's name was Adrian (?). I cannot remember, but it wasn't Jesus. He was relatively new to the company as he had just moved back to the Bay Area from Arizona. He was a little quiet initially but he opened up and was very helpful and honest with his consultation. They are very fairly priced and I'd absolutely call them again for future plumbing needs in my Campbell home.

Jesus was awesome. He came out within an hour of my call, early Sunday morning on Father's Day, to fix a clogged shower which turned out to be a backed up sewer drain. Talked me through every step of the process, quickly identified the location of the blockage, and got us back to normal! It was the best experience I've had with a plumber. Highly recommend Jesus at Rayne Plumbing.

Really fast service, they showed up within a couple hours of when we called. Jesus taught me how to fix the problem myself the next time it comes up, which I really appreciated. Great service, would recommend!

We scheduled an appointment to have our water heater looked at, especially with the CO detector going off. For us this was an emergency situation.

They gave us a window of 12-4pm. I pulled favors at work to be available at home. It was very hard to do this and I'm still trying to recover from it.

At 4:30pm, I called and was only told that because they had it entered in on their end on the following day that I was wrong. No apologies. No ""maybe there was a miscommunication,"" nothing.

I told them I wasn't available the next day and as you can see from my screenshot, they still came. No remorse, no apologies.

If you hire this company, make sure you're okay with no shows and cold attitudes to the value of your time.

We had an emergency today after a pipe in the garage ruptured. Jesus R. responded to the call, quickly assessed the situation, and fixed it (temporarily pending full job repair). Jesus experience and quick thinking saved our weekend! Thank you Rayne for your great service!

I just wanted to say that the plumber Jesus Rosario went over and above such a great job for me with a difficult situation. I can not recommend if you have any type of plumbing issues call Rayne Plumbing and ask for Jesus!!!!

First appointment made for Monday. Nobody came. Second appointment made for Tuesday, plumber came but had no spare parts (toilet handle and seal) but said he would get the parts and be back on Wednesday (he never came), so Thursday (no one came), so Friday........they have the parts but no plumber so want us to wait till next Monday. Are you kidding me? They do not phone you to cancel. You sit in the 4 hour window waiting day after day then have to phone them to find out the latest excuse. Avoid them if you are not a big commercial contract.
