I had an after-hours call on a Saturday night. Amy came out right away. She diagnosed the problem quickly. Her positive attitude, professionalism and reassurance were very comforting. To solve the situation, she needed to access a neighboring unit so she had to come back on Sunday. She arrived on schedule and quickly got everything resolved. I'd highly recommend Amy to anyone needing a good plumber.

This past weekend Fred and Rodelle (hope i am spelling his name correctly) came over to our place and saved the day. The next day we were having people over for Memorial Day weekend and needed the problem resolved asap. Fred and Rodelle were awesome and did an amazing job. Alfonso was amazing, We shared the pictures of the issue which needs to be fixed, he understands the problem immediately, he gave me very very reasonable cost even though on a weekend and he was on time with his tools and fixed it like a charm.

I tried close to 20-25 plumbers half of them didnt understand the problem, have of them tried to rip me off but Alfanos and Raynes plumbing team were very honest and completed the job on time and fast, its amazing to know that they work 365 days :)

I had Rayne install 3 water sub meters in a commercial strip mall in San Jose. They sent Ngoc out to inspect what the scope of the work would be, and came back with reasonable quotes. They were able to accommodate my commercial tenants by doing the bulk of the work after hours. They did good work, and didn't mind me hovering around them (I had to accompany them as I had the after hours keys.)

The price they gave me for the water sub meter install was very reasonable, and the fact that they even took on the project was amazing. I had many other plumbers turn the sub meter project down because they hadn't dealt with sub meters before. Ngoc simply said it's just like any other in-line attachment, such as a water pressure regulator. I'd definitely use them again for plumbing projects.

I agree this company is a nightmare. The product is great, the service is horrible! Had them out four times, the never show up inside the two hour window they give, every time they come I have to have them come back out, (hence the four visits) they ""forget"" to turn my ice maker back on and set the right valve so the water runs with some force instead of a drip. Select any other product and run from this service...or lack of service. I forgot to mention after waiting two hours pass their ""window"" I called to find out if he was coming, the girl said he was in a fender bender and would be an hour, I looked out my window and he was pulling up...guess they can save that lie for the next victim.

I used Rayne Plumbing for a problem with my toilet. They were quick, honest and fairly priced. I have since referred them to several of my friends and family and they have all been very happy. A couple of them had pretty complex problems but they were handled with complete satisfaction. It's hard to trust just anyone to come into your home to do repairs. I'm so glad that I was referred to Rayne Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

We sprung a leak under our back patio when an old waterline that ran underneath it rusted and broke. Our patio is concrete and slate with slate steps going into the house. We were told by the first plumber that they would have to tear up the steps and the patio to fix the leak. Due to the cost of the job, we decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Rayne Plumbing was able to find a way to divert the water from the broken pipe before it went under the patio. They rerouted the piping under our house and rejoined everything after the patio. This saved us a TON of money and helped to preserve our beautiful patio from being ripped up. Thank you so much Rayne Plumbing for saving us the time and frustration of having a water leak turn into a major backyard project. Your team is awesome!
