We've used Rayne Plumbing & Sewer Service twice now for sewer line cleanout and both experiences were excellent. Gary showed up when they said they would and got the job done in a reasonable time and cost. Both jobs were not trivial but they knew what to do.
My son's lack of understanding WHAT can & cannot go down a drain will keep them busy.

Showers and toilets backed up. Called Rayne. Jorge was at my house in a reasonable time. Survyed the situation and got right to work. Had to use a number of different size snakes. He determined he needed to remove one of the toilets. Jorge worked very efficiently and kept everything clean.

Highly recommend this plumbing service for fast, affordable, and quality service. The plumber, Aaron Davis, assigned to our case was readily available, flexible and accommodating with our schedule, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable and provided quality service. We had a persistent clog that two plumbers before him couldn't get, but Aaron did his research, listened to our description closely, and accurately assessed and treated the problem. He was considerate and assured us if the problem wasn't fixed, he would quickly follow up. However, that wasn't needed because he got the clog and my shower and toilet are back in business! So grateful to this plumbing service and to Aaron!

- Jesus arrived at the scheduled appointment time with a new AO Smith heater, all the required parts and a pleasant demeanor. A thorough professional, he completed the work efficiently and had my new heater up and running faster than I ever thought it was possible! He even helped install a recirculating pump to address the hot water delay issue in a shower furthest from the heater.

Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can't thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can't see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

Once again, 5 stars for Jorge Arellano, who fixed a corroded pipe in my kitchen sink. The only issue I have with Rayne is not being able to get an estimate before a plumber comes out.

Our toilet wasn't flushing properly and tried plunging with to luck. We contacted a few other plumbing services who were booked. We called Rayne Plumbing, spoke with Jackie who was helpful, knowledgeable and offered an opening for service later in the day (2-4pm) with a probable quote. She was enjoyable to speak with, especially with our issue.

An HOUR after my phone call, I looked out the window to see a Rayne Plumbing Service van at my driveway!
