Raymond has been involved in building and repairs since childhood in Suva, Fiji. While working on a house one day, he encountered his future wife. After marrying her, he moved to America and raised two wonderful daughters. Despite dropping out of high school, he chose to work for a plumbing company. He was grateful for the opportunity and built friendships, but he wanted to achieve more. He achieved what no one in either family had done before; he opened his own business! As an inspiration to his daughter, she has now established her own business too!
