Since he was a young boy in Suva, Fiji, Raymond has been engaged in construction and repairs. One day, while constructing a home on the island, he met his future wife. After marrying her, he moved to America and raised two wonderful daughters. Although he left high school early, he decided to join a plumbing company. He appreciated the job and formed friendships, but he yearned for more. He did what neither his family nor his wife's family had ever done; he launched his own business! As a role model for his daughter, she has now started her own business as well!
