My old plumbing company closed so when my toilet was running constantly, I had to find a new plumber. Rayco is in my area so I gave them a try. Scheduling was fast and easy. They were able to help me the same day. The plumber, Greg, was courteous and professional. He knew exactly what to do and worked efficiently. He also asked if there were any other plumbing problems while he was there and I had him change out the flapper on my second toilet because it was almost worn out. Everything was done within the one hour minimum. I was very pleased with the service. Looks like I've found my new plumber!

Called for a leak in my shower. I called almost mid morning so wasn't sure if anyone would be able to take care of it but they sent someone out and the problem was fixed within 2 hours of my initial call. Amazing!!! Everyone I talked to on the phone and the plumber were friendly, helpful and professional. Reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys!!!

We recently had what we had thought was a minor bathtub repair; i.e. our tub turnoff valve fell off and needed to be replaced so we called RayCo Plumbing. My sister had used them a couple of months ago with excellent results. In her case, she had actually called another plumbing company first. Plumbers from that company could not fix the problem and referred her to RayCo. That was enough of a recommendation for me! Gary came to check out our problem on 2/8/16. In addition to the valve that needed to be replaced, he alerted us to several other issues -- our shut off valve outside our townhouse was overgrown with roots and our toilet has a hairline crack in it. We are following up with our association on the shut off valve and will replace the toilet sometime in the near future. We were grateful to Gary for not pressuring us to replace the toilet now. In his words, ""As a good plumber, I need to let you know about these things, but it's up to you to decide what you want to do."" He then advised he would hunt for our replacement valve and return in a day or two. When he returned on 2/11 and began the work, he found that there was more damage. He explained that the job was bigger than anticipated -- the marble shower wall would need to be cut to access the valve and piping; then a new shower head, arm, trim plate, tub spout, control handle and repair plate would need to be installed. He gave us a verbal estimate for the work, most of which was completed the following day by Richard and Brandon. As he was leaving, Brandon explained that he would be back on Monday (after attending a funeral) to install the tub spout. I reminded him that Monday was a holiday (Presidents' Day), but he said not to worry, he would come by to finish the job. And he did!!! We are more than satisfied with the work that was done and the price that we paid. For me, a female jack-of-no-trades, I have no clue as to what a job like this entails. So I had to go by my intuition -- which said -- RayCo is made up of good people, who do good work -- and it's now confirmed.

Day after they finished job & received my payment at $90.00/hr. I told them my toilet was still leaking and flush not working well. Rayco's response was since they did not supply the parts they used to repair my toilet (I bought parts from Lowes to save them time), they would charge me again if they did any additonal work. Told them they worked on my toilet so they have responsibility to fix it properly. Besides, the leak itself should have merited a return visit. I ended up fixing the leak and the flush myself.

My plumber recommended RayCo when it was discovered I had a hot water leak under the slab of my 2 story house. I was told that normally the hot water line is rerouted outside the house and sometimes cutting the interior drywall to snake the new line. It might even have to go through my kitchen cabinets depending how the water lines are routed within the house. Our old house was a mess of water and electrical lines running around the entire house so I didn't want that for this house. My plumber said I can do a leak detection and cut throught the slab and fix the area of the leak. RayCo is one of the few or maybe even the only plumber that does leak detection so I called them. Unfortunately for me, the leak wasn't able to be located without drilling multiple holes in the slab. Also, my insurance will only pay for rerouts. I explained to the owner Greg about how I hated the ugliness of exterior piping. Greg said his son Brandon is a master at rerouting plumbing lines so that is it inconspicuous and they subcontract out the drywall replacement so that it is restored to as new condition. Two weeks later my new hot water line was snaked through the studs in my laundry room, ran outside under the eave of the house and inth the plumbing wall in the garage. Greg and his employee Richard are very nice and easy to work with. They complied with my insurance agents requirements for the estimate. The installers Brandon and Matt did an impressive job as did the drywallers David and Jae. My house still looks good and we have hot water again! Thank you RayCo.
