Four stars for customer service! I was able to call Rayco and leave a message after hours yesterday. This morning I got a call from Richard asking to describe what the problem was and to send pictures of the toilet. He was very friendly and very quick to reply. Unfortunately our landlord has his own list of plumbers that he would prefer to use. If it weren't for our landlord, we would have definitely gone with Rayco's service. Amazing customer service!

I have used Yelp a lot but never felt the need to leave a review till now. I had a main sewer line clog with raw sewage coming out of my shower drains. In a panic, looked to Yelp for references. Spot on. Richard assured me he would remedy my problem. He and Cyrus are knowledgable and took care of the situation thoroughly and efficiently. They are well-versed in their craft and it is comforting to know I have found a genuine and trustworthy plumber! Truly a compassionate company.

Quick response from Richard and didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment like other places we've called. We had our kitchen sink sewer line snaked out due to it draining into adjoining bedroom for a long time. Problem was solved and we were relieved! However, that same night our bath and toilet was getting backed up so we called Rayco up again and thankfully someone was able to answer our phone call to our problem. Next day, Richard called and came to snake out the sewer line again and everything seems to be in working order now. I highly recommend Rayco Plumbing for their Akamai service!

These guys are very good. Yes, I had to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. Brandon was very thorough and explained everything in detail. And, he's a genuinely nice guy. Will definitely use them again.

I was referred to Rayco by another plumber who's machine was broken and called them in the morning for a plugged main drain line. Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time as promised and the team was very professional. The plug very hard to break and I was worried that it might have been damaged by my neighbors mango tree roots. Richard then used a camera and saw it was a ball of wax from the toilet I had installed the night before, he then used a 130 ft drain auger and cleaned it out to the main sewer line. Using the camera I could see that my drain line was clean and that it was not damaged. They had all the equipment needed and the price was reasonable and they accept credit cards. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to my family and friends.

My old plumbing company closed so when my toilet was running constantly, I had to find a new plumber. Rayco is in my area so I gave them a try. Scheduling was fast and easy. They were able to help me the same day. The plumber, Greg, was courteous and professional. He knew exactly what to do and worked efficiently. He also asked if there were any other plumbing problems while he was there and I had him change out the flapper on my second toilet because it was almost worn out. Everything was done within the one hour minimum. I was very pleased with the service. Looks like I've found my new plumber!

Called for a leak in my shower. I called almost mid morning so wasn't sure if anyone would be able to take care of it but they sent someone out and the problem was fixed within 2 hours of my initial call. Amazing!!! Everyone I talked to on the phone and the plumber were friendly, helpful and professional. Reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys!!!
