We had a leak in our main water line and had to shut the water off to our home. It was Veteran's Day and I wasn't sure I would be able to get a plumber to come out on a holiday. I contacted a few plumbing companies and Gary from Rayco Plumbing came to take a look at the issue and give us an estimate that day for no charge (after normal business hours on a holiday). Gary was professional and friendly. He explained what would be involved in replacing the pipe. The leak was coming from the connection point on the main line (see circled area in photo). To make things just a bit more complicated, they would need to cut away some of cement footing. But not a problem, they were equipped and prepared to do it without compromising our brick wall. He was able to send guys out the next morning so we didn't have to go without water over the weekend. Brandon and another guy worked most of the day replacing the pipe and putting in a new valve. By the time I got home from work they were cleaning up. We had water, a great looking new copper pipe and new a valve!! I hope I never have a plumbing emergency again, but if I do, I will be contacting Gary at Rayco Plumbing.

A few months ago, my parents home needed an emergency sewer drain clean out. Gary and his crew were able to assist immediately and get the job done efficiently- we were so thankful!!!! He also took the time to explain the problem and what the repair process would be, and answered all my questions. We used them a second time for other plumbing needs- and again, we had great service. All of them- Gary, Brandon & Cyrus are personable and easy to communicate with. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Rayco Plumbing for doing a great job finding a water leak in my yard. Gary came to check and in 15 minutes he figured the water most likely was coming from my neighbors house, after talking with my neighbor, she said they were having problems with lack of hot water, Gary was right. We had a water leak in the main line before the main valve that was leaking at the rate of .5 gal/min. I could see the $$ going down the drain! Gary was very responsive. Gary and Brandon came out and worked in the rain and mud to complete the work. Their repair was better than the original installation and they did a perfect job of cleaning up after the they were done. Now all I need to do is replace my landscaping once it all dries out. Gary and Brandon definitely exceeded my expectations! Mahalo!

Rayco was able to squeeze us in today, we had a leak under our kitchen sink. Cyrus showed up after contacting me a couple of times on the phone to give me approximate arrival times. Cyrus was extremely courteous and professional, he fixed our issue very quickly and we will be sending all of our plumbing business to Rayco from this point forward. Had an issue with our main line being backed up. Gary was quick to answer and able to dispatch his worker for same day job. Cyrus was very professional, and helped unclogged our line. The previous plumber we hired did a horrible job and put in less effort than Cyrus. Our issue will require a bigger job, but I have no problem working with Rayco Plumbing for the additional work. Mahalo to Gary and his awesome team!! Update almost a year later 02/27/2020 This morning we experienced the same issue with our main line. I contacted Gary early this morning and he was able to have Cyrus come back out. Same quick response and professional work. We plan on finally scheduling the walk through to run a new line. Mahalo mahalo Gary and Cyrus for coming through yet again! You guys are the best!!

They replaced three shower valves in the house...Very responsive, fast, and locally owned. They took the time to explain everything I asked and even fixed my running toilet while they were there. Would definitely be using them again for all my plumbing needs.
