It was late on Friday, my day off to relax and and a family member really DUMPED THE DUMPER UP BAD and clog the toilet. So now I have to get to work and call my plumbing company to get this handled, I was not happy. I called my place (COAST TO COAST PLUMBING) no answer, so I started to go down the list and after six places not picking or saying they can't come out I found RAY. He said he could be out within an hour. Some places started calling back about 20 minutes later and I said no i'm going to honor the guy that took my call first. THANK GOD I did because RAY came out and fixed the problem, fair price and what a nice gentle man. I'd rather give my money to a guy like this then an actual major plumbing company that doesn't care . I wish I used him prior when I spent 6,000 on big re piping job. Coast to coast was fair to me but Im done with them and will only use RAY from now on for sure. You don't meet nice people like this that care any where these days. GOOD BYE COAST TO COAST .

Truly a five-star experience from start to finish. Was refer by a friend to Ray plumbing. Ray came on a short notice.
He is super trustworthy, professional and experience. His prices are very reasonable.
He gave me an honest repair price for $70 when another company told me it will be $480 to fix the ""Mechanism of the toilet"" and that quote was after a ""discount"".
I highly recommended him.

The first time that i met a professional that is honest, modest, extremely professional and the opposite from greedy.
I reccomended this company from the bottom ofmy heart.
when i had a leakage in my bathroom faucet, i used my insurance to find out they only cover 150$ from a huge bill the plumber they reffered me to.

a friend sent me to ray plumbing which on the phone told me to contact the faucet manufacturer kohler, which has a life time warranty for the faucet!!!!
that alone saved me 400$$
right after i got the parts for free!! he came and installed them for me. no hassle no aggravation.
i cant thank mr hilel, the owner enough.

I noticed an overflow coming from out outside sewer pipe. Yikes. I called Ofer with Ray's Plumbing off of a reccommendation on Nextdoor and he came out in 15 minutes! Holy cow! Right before we were having company, too. He snaked the line and told me that we should keep an eye on it. No upselling, no pressure. I appreciated his workmanship and help in a crunch! Thanks Ofer!

I can't tell you how happy I am with Ray! I needed a new hot water heater installed, like most people we were not exactly ready to put a new hot water heater in when it went out. So I called around for pricing and availability that's when I called Ray, he had told me he could help me out on the price if I were to go buy the tank and bring it to my house, and I did, but I'm a novice and bought the wrong tank. Ray didn't bat a eye and said ""no big deal I'll go with you to buy the right one"" even though he agreed to only install it at my house and not charge me to go buy it himself! By the way I originally called him around 3pm and still came out that day to perform work! Ray is the best he is knowledgeable, honest, and most of all extremely nice! I won't hesitate to use Ray again! Thank you very much your happy customer Dean



Rays Plumbimg is the best! I originally bought a rhem hot water heater from Home Depot year and half ago and had installed by rays plumbing, sure enough hot water heater went bad, had to call ofer back to re install new tank again. He told me not to buy rhem tanks as they are not great heaters... he then drove to plumbing supply to buy much better heater for the same sucky rhem tank price, and installed new heater for cheaper than original instal and it wasn't his fault at all!!!
Long story short don't buy rhem tanks, but further more only use rays plumbing! They are the best in the biz! He came with an hour of calling. He does great work and has very fair pricing! What a great guy! I will only refer him and will only use him! Thank you again! it's a pleasure to know someone like him still does honest and great work!

Ofer was recommended to me by a friend. He was courteous, on time, good with my dogs, and did a great job. I just needed drain cleaning and sink de-clogging. He arrived when he said he would. He took care of business quickly, and his charge was fair. I would definitely call him again. His magnet business card is now on my refrigerator!

This guy is great! I had a shower drain back up on me on a Sunday, and I had to get to work very early the next Monday morning. He came over at 7 pm on that Sunday night, cleared up the problem in a half-hour---and didn't charge extra for the last-minute service call on a weekend! I happily recommend him to everyone.
