Ozzy and Nathaniel were very professional and on time. They were up front and honest about what the scope of work would entail and the cost. They snaked our drain and realized that there was no way they could get the project done completely without having a hydro jet finish the job. So after discussing the time and cost it would take to finish the job they rescheduled and came back later this afternoon as promised and handled business. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the La Crescenta area.

Great, fast, and friendly service. Needed to replace a relief valve. Came same day, within a few hours actually and replaced. Saved us a lot of water loss and answered all questions. Checked to make sure everything is working. Even gave us a company pen and refrigerator magnet. Definitely recommend.

We had a bad shower leak and needed someone asap. Rave Plumbing contacted me right away and I was able to secure someone at my house the next day. They were super responsive via e-mail and I received multiple phone calls the day of for scheduling as well as 15 mins prior to arrival. The technician assigned to us was Ozzy and needless to say, the guy was a pro. Great communication, on-time, quickly fixed, professional, didn't sell things we didn't need, very reasonably priced for the work performed, and cleaned up before leaving. If only all plumbing house calls were this good... When I have a plumbing issue again, I'm calling Rave.

This was one of the best plumbing crews that I have ever used, they are definitely recommended. My mainline was busted and they ran a camera down from the top of my roof. After that they gave me a great price to get it all replaced, they did the job in a matter of a few hours and never saw them slow down. I want to thank Juan, Ozzy, and Nate for their fantastic service!!!!

I think this is a two man show with only one of them having some type of real experience. Their prices are as high as it will be for any plumbing company and they might be okay with it. Seems like they want to target affluent homes:clients. Will never call them back.
