Our kitchen sink was backed up and the first plumber our landlord called couldn't fix it. Juan from Rave came in, and the very first thing he did was introduce himself and shake my hand. Super professional! He asked about our issue, investigated, and explained (and showed me) what he found at every step of the way. He gave me advice on how to clean up after our backup and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He even wiped down the counters! I wouldn't even waste time calling another company - just call Rave. :)

Had a problem with our disposal. Sent a Yelp message at 7pm. I had a team at my house by 9am the next morning. They replaced the disposal and found a problem with the plumbing under my sink that they corrected. Very professional, prompt and clean!

I am a property manager for several properties. This morning I needed a plumber in a hurry. I called Rave Plumbing, gentlemen by the name of Juan answered the phone. Very polite, he stated he could have a plumber at my property in a few hours. I got a call, as I requested 10 minutes before the tech got to the property. Plumber was right on time, very professional and clean. They did what they had to do, explained all too me what was being done. Five star service no doubt. I contacted Rave Plumbing on a Saturday, to see if I could schedule a test for a leak. Juan was very helpful over the phone and was able to check it in within a few hours. I'm grateful for his help, and fortunately there was no leak!

Couldn't be happier with their service. We had a small issue with our toilet and kitchen sink and I wasn't sure if they'd be willing to work on it. I contacted them via Yelp. Not only did they responded quickly, they were able to come the same afternoon and fixed the issue right away. Juan and Chris were very professional, courteous, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonable. Glad to have found them. We will definitely be using them again if we have any plumbing issues.

Amazing plumbers. We found a slab leak this weekend. Juan came out that morning - diagnosed the problem and worked all weekend to fix the pipe, make sure that the pipe wasn't damaged further upstream and reroute a new pipe. Juan is knowledgable and experienced, has good judgement, attention to detail, takes time to answer questions and shares his reasoning, and is extremely polite and patient. Would use them every time.

Needed to find a local plumber quickly for a hot water heater that would not ignite. I gave Rave Plumbing a call in the late afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next morning.They showed up between the time promised and were quick and friendly. Luckily it was pretty easy fix where they just needed to give my starter a smack to get it to work properly. They showed me what was wrong, were able to get the hot water heating going, and then were gone.

I'm glad that I found a local plumber located in La Crescenta that I can use for future issues (that is hopefully not often)

In the 7 years we lived in our home, we haven't had any plumbing issues until recently when we remolded our kitchen and the new sink kept backing up. We called Rave and I can't emphasis how cordial and helpful Ozzie and Chris were. They came on time and figured out the problem and fixed it within half an hour. Now I can confidently say we now have our go-to plumbers who are knowledgeable and trustworthy!
