Jose and Carlos helped me out with a bathroom drain problem that has been troubling me for a long time, and which I feared was going to cost me an arm and a leg to get fixed. The team got the problem fixed with a very sensible solution that took less than 45 minutes to accomplish, and the cost was far below what I'd been worried I was going to have to spend. Honest, quality plumbing help is challenging to find, but Rasco provides good solutions, excellent service, and great prices. And on top of all that, they were extremely tidy, making sure that everything was cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Started my Saturday with a clogged tub drain. Called Rasco at 6:47AM and was pleasantly surprised with a live human answering the call. Scheduled work same day - Jose and another worker showed up and cleared drain in less than 30 minutes. Price for job was fair and they left everything clean. What a great customer experience! Definitely will call them for all my future plumbing needs!

Jose and his associate came to get the issue fixed as there was water leakage seemingly coming from shower room upstairs to first floor ceiling. They came to diagnosed and found out right away that it was the toilet issue. Get it fixed in less than 2 hours and they are quick and to the point. Love their service and will definitely find them again
