This was our second time using Rasco Plumbing & Rooter. We had a slab leak this time. They responded quickly to our request for an estimate and got to work the following day. We decided to re-pipe our whole house to avoid future leaks. The project took 2 days to do. They also referred us to someone to patch the holes in the walls, which was surprisingly very little. All the work provided was well done. Very happy. And we would definitely recommend them.

They gave me a great price and did a great job on rerouting my line that was causing a leak on my sidewalk . Some of these other companies were charging ridiculous prices for the same work . I highly recommend them. Even after they finished the job , I had another issue and they came out immediately.

This review is way past due. I had a clogged drain that serviced both my laundry and kitchen sink. I called Tomas and he had his crew come out to clear the clog.
Jose arrived and started the job but immediately ran into a problem, he hit mud. His thought was that we had a broken drain pipe under the slab. After taking video of the drain it was confirmed that the old cast iron pipe had given way (who knows when) and Jose gave us two options for repair.
They located where the leak was directly under our entry way and Option 1 was break up the tile and the concrete and repair the pipe. Jose noted though that if they found more issues under the slab they would need to break away more of the slab to repair. Option 2 was to run a new drain line externally from our kitchen sink and laundry area to the main line. We opted for option 2 and was told they would be back in three day time to do the job. Jose said they would have it done in 1 day.
On a Friday Jose and two other plumbers arrived around 9am and got started. They were eager to finish as this was the rainy season in January and they had a 1 day window to complete the job or get soaked coming back the next day.
Jose and his crew worked until 10pm that night non-stop and completed the job. They even arranged to have a stucco guy come out and repair the stucco they had to break open on the side of the house, this was an additional charge.
We are completely happy with the result and the price was way below what other plumbers quoted us for the same job.
Again Tomas crew knocked it out of the park and we would recommend them to anyone for simple drain clogs to major re-route of drain lines.

Jose communicated very promptly. Made an appointment for a free consultation for a garbage disposal issue. He ran a little late for the appointment, but texted me that he was still on his way and gave me an ETA, which I appreciated. Jose diagnosed that it was a stuck object and was able to remove it very promptly. When asked how much it would be for the service, he said nothing but would appreciate a tip, which I was more than happy to give! Great communication via text and fast service.

Called Rasco Plumbers at 7:30AM and they were at my house by 9am.
They updated/communicated with me throughout entire service and price was fair.
I had leak in my restroom walls and they fixed issue within 2 hours.
They provide me options but didn't try to upsell me on any service.
3 plumbers were working on fixing the leak in my restroom.
Very clean and efficient while they worked.
I am happy with service and will use Rasco Plumbing in the future
