Called Rasco Plumbing and got the pleasure of working with Jose and his crew. We have used them a few times now and have to say they are professional, dependable and reasonably priced. They are our go to plumber and can always rely on them on showing up and doing a great job. We would highly recommend.

Made a appointment 2 days in advance, did not contact or show up, I reached out and called and he only told me ""today we are busy"". As a business, you should communicate and offer a reschedule instead of wasting paying customers time.

We had a ""clean out"" valve that we didn't even know existed--but which kept our washer drain from overflowing--until it didn't. (Please understand that we've been in our house over 30 years!) This thing was sealed shut (probably since the home was built in the 1960s). One plumbing group suggested that we would probably have to cut the wall, open and replace the pipe, AND the drain stack pipe behind the washer. Yikes! We found Rasco based on their reviews. What a blessing!! They came the same day -- actually at 7:15 pm! 30 minutes later (after running some test drains), they packed up and drove away--mission complete. They were very reasonable on their pricing. We now have a new go-to plumbing company.

For my most recent plumbing needs, I ended up using an alternative. I took a chance on Rasco based on feedback from friends and I was pleasantly surprised.

They're incredibly busy but professional in communication (I've found that they're open to short, quick texts which helps w/follow up leading up to the appointment).

Per the job, I appreciated that they wanted to get the job done as expediently as possible as I had to wait a few days to set an appointment with them (again, they're in high demand). As a result, I had to be more proactive in asking questions about the work and what's needed.(Sometimes you get people who are great explaining things--they're like the educator-professional--and sometimes you get people who are all about just getting the job done. They're the latter)

By the end of it though, they were able to able to outline what they did to get my needs taken care off, offered a competitive price upfront (w/o me having to bring up any other quotes) and surprisingly, no upselling. I was impressed enough that I asked at the end if they felt I should replace anything in the near future and they were honest enough to say ""no"" because ""they stand by the quality of the work"" (it's not a band-aid).

And mind you, I know it's a business still. They charged me a higher rate because they did come out on a holiday, but I expected that.

The line from my washer machine to the plumbing was clogged. Rasco plumbing was able to come by in the same day of my call and fix the problem at an affordable price. Very simple request, yet efficient and great customer service. I will call them again for my plumbing needs!

I have lived in Orange County for 15 years and this is hands down the best plumbing and rooting service in the area. The technicians were all very professional and knowledgeable about my old house and plumbing system. I unfortunately had to call about two incidents and they were at my house within the hour. Great service and the husband/wife team that own the company are great people. I will definitely be calling Rasco Plumbing the next time I have plumbing issues, with this house it's only a matter of time, so see you soon :)

My parents needed repiping done asap and called Rascón plumbing and rooter for an estimate. They were able to come in the same day and provided us with amazing customer service and a budget conscious quote... so we decided to go with them and it was the best choice, the work was exceptional done and it was super fast... I don't my parents house has ever had the amount of water and pressure it does now.... Best showers ever lol highly recommend them and they are super honest and trustworthy... I'm going to recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Jose you were super nice and cordial.

We had a clogged toilet that wouldn't go down and the soonest the other plumbers we contacted said they could come out was Thursday. They gave us an hour and a half for their eta and they showed up sooner than that. They are prompt, courteous, thorough, and efficient.

Jose and his staff did a good job to fix the leaking L pipe under boys' bathroom sink. They also cleaned up well after finish the job, which is important.
