These guys are on it! With a remote cabin at the far end of their service area on difficult terrain they were on the job within an hour, identified, consulted, and replaced a deteriorated pipe and had our Air BNB up and running in the same afternoon. I've used them multiple times and have yet to be disappointed! Don't waste your time shopping around. These guys are straight shooters.

I had a garbage disposal installed, along with many other plumbing issues. As a single woman, 1st time homeowner believes what I was told about the job. I did not use the garbage disposal for a while after I had them replace it. When I did flames, shot out from the switch. Call the on call emergency number and was told that I could not get anyone to take a message till 7 pm, and it was 12:30 pm. Shut the power to my house off because I didn't want to have it catch on fire. And yes, it was winter. When I spoke with the office chick, she rudely told me it worked. And that it is my problem. Had an electrician come and replace a light in my laundry room and to see what was not working with my garbage disposal. The plumber hooked up the switch correctly but hooked it up to the disposal backward!!! Raptor Plumbing should even be able to take the trash out!!!!!If I could give 0 stars, that would be to high!!!!!

We chose Raptor Rooter to come out to to diagnose and service our water heater because they are the ones who installed it two years ago. Turns out one of our elements was out. We were quoted $350 for the repair. The water heater fell under manufacture parts warranty. I asked them to use that but they didn't know how the warranty worked even though they are the ones who installed this water heater and carry this brand. I called the manufacturer to see how to go about getting my element under the warranty. The manufacturer told me the parts could only be obtained by a licensed plumber or it would void my warranty. I let the technician know what to do. The next morning, the day that they were to repair the water heater, I get a text from the plumber stating ""Good morning Kresley this is Joe with raptor rooter. I know that the elements are under manufacture warranty but the two different prices are:
If we supply the part: 707.68
And if you were to go get the parts: 505.32"". We talked on the phone and told him I was confused why the price jumped and he stated that it was because he misquoted me initially. He also seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced that I was asking him to get the parts under warranty instead of me having to pay for those out of pocket. I text him again with the manufacturer warranty instructions. 10 minutes goes by and then get another text ""So the price for us to replace them with a 10% discount would be 636.91 that's what my boss just told me the price would be"". In less than 24 hours their price changed 3 times. He mentions the 10% discount because they had to reschedule my initial appointment with them twice. Once for double booking the next for them running extremely behind. I cancelled my appointment with them and had Shaw Plumbing come out the same day. They were upfront, stuck to their estimate, $470, and mentioned if they were the ones that installed the water heater in first place, this kind of service call would have fallen under their 6 year warranty and would have been fixed at no charge.

Had a drain pipe clogged that was causing water from the kitchen sink to back up in a utility sink downstairs.
Brian showed up and got right to work diagnosing the issue and getting it taken care of, going the extra mile along the way.
Excellent work. Efficient. Will call again!

I noticed my faucet was leaking Friday night. I called Raptor Rooter first thing Saturday morning. I was able to get an appointment same day with no extra charge for it being a Saturday. Due to circumstances that were beyond the owners control they had to change the time of the appointment and they were fantastic keeping me updated. Unfortunately, I was not able to get it fixed yesterday. First thing this morning I received a call from Eva and they (Raptor) realized there had been a miscommunication between the new employee and me. Eva apologized and told me the owner Chris would like to come over today (Sunday) and make things right.. Their follow-up with me was amazing and Chris went above and beyond to make things right.
They are definitely are my go to plumber now. It is nice to know I have someone I can trust to do a great job for me and they care about the customer.

There are a lot of good things I can say about raptor Rooter. They were responsive and professional and fast. The plumber who came out and did the work on our house was professional and knowledgeable and kind. Overall, we are very satisfied with everything except one thing: the price. Other quotes came in at about half the price or 3/4 of the price. So, if you've got the money to spend or you're a little less, patient raptor is pretty awesome. Just keep in mind that this is definitely a situation where you get what you pay for.

I managed to plug a toilet and sink in less than 3 days. I contacted Raptor Rooter. Nathaniel did a great job taking care of my problems. I tried looking on YouTube to help and made things worse. My new words to live by "" when your plumbing doesn't work just CALL THE MAN"", it will make life much easier!

I don't know how this company got any good reviews.We bought a new home through Hayden Homes and this company did the plumbing.Our toilet was leaking out around the bottom and they came back and supposedly reseated it. But they put a lot of chaulking around the bottom to seal it which meant the new leak took longer to show up and the floor completely warped from all the water before it got so bad it leaked despite the caulking.
Can't even seat a toilet properly. Don't use this company.

was really unhappy paying over 800.00 to replace a wax ring, and a emergency shut off valve. called originally to just pull toilet and snake drain. said he couldn't do that due to age of home????? and the pipe arrangement. tried to up-sell me on everything. in the end drain must not have been snaked, cause problem came back.

called drain specialist here in Spokane and they pulled toilet, snaked drains, fixed the issue (which was not that far down actually) and only charged 270.00. not called raptor rooter ever again.
