I don't know how this company got any good reviews.We bought a new home through Hayden Homes and this company did the plumbing.Our toilet was leaking out around the bottom and they came back and supposedly reseated it. But they put a lot of chaulking around the bottom to seal it which meant the new leak took longer to show up and the floor completely warped from all the water before it got so bad it leaked despite the caulking.
Can't even seat a toilet properly. Don't use this company.

was really unhappy paying over 800.00 to replace a wax ring, and a emergency shut off valve. called originally to just pull toilet and snake drain. said he couldn't do that due to age of home????? and the pipe arrangement. tried to up-sell me on everything. in the end drain must not have been snaked, cause problem came back.

called drain specialist here in Spokane and they pulled toilet, snaked drains, fixed the issue (which was not that far down actually) and only charged 270.00. not called raptor rooter ever again.

I'm new to areas and use yelp navigating area. I had a leak and searched yelp for best plumbing company with most recent reviews. Raptor Rooter & Plumbing won.

Christina got me an appointment for next day service with Nate and she was very helpful and courteous. Nate arrived on time, was attentive and informative. Leak was fixed quickly.

I had him give me estimate for washer drain and independent cold water spigot for basement. I agreed to job. In getting wall prepped for work he discovered other water damage that had led to black mold. So thankful to have drywall out and know a professional is making hookups right.

The 2 part process in owning a home works best. One, make phone call. Two, write check. Thanks Christina and Nate for helping this process run smoothly. Money well spent!

We had two leaky hose bibs and an in-line valve outside the house. Thought maybe I could do the job myself but the plumbing is old and I wasn't sure what I needed to do for outside plumbing in potentially freezing weather. I called a few sprinkler companies and they were booked way out. The one that services our system suggested Raptor so we called and had Caleb out the next day. Without any drama he outlined exactly what he would do and got it done quickly. The workmanship looks terrific and the valves all work perfectly. I would have done a terrible job since certain things were needed to deal with freezing conditions and which I knew nothing about. Caleb was easy to deal with and explained the process clearly. I was a bit taken aback by the cost, but the quality work, the equipment needed to properly account for outside weather and the guarantee/warranty made it worth it. Happy that our outside plumbing is up to date.

We were so pleased with the service we received from Calem and the woman who answered the phone, when we thought was an emergency, turned out to be something less than a catastrophe. Our bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off and water was just going down the drain, literally and figuratively. Calem was able to come out right away w/the part we needed, fix our faucet and explain what we could do if we had a future problem. I would highly recommend this company!

I did not have enough praise to give to Raptor Rooter & plumbing! My family suddenly lost all water in the house yesterday. We have a 2 year old and 11 month old in the house so water is sort of important. We called Raptor and they were speedy, knowledgeable and really cared about us and getting water flowing again. They took the time to even educate my 25-year-old niece to the world of cisterns and wells. And to top it off they were totally financially reasonable! Thank you Nate and Chris for making this stressful situation a breeze!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!
Charged $400 for a service call on a clogged kitchen sink. Came out snaked the drain said it was frozen could not get the auger to continue in the pipe and then said a quote of $1600 to thaw the frozen pipe. Not even an hours work performed. Contacted another plumbing contractor, he came out, snaked the drain and continued until it cleared. Drain was not frozen !!!

Avoid using this company unless you want your problem to be worse and pay an exorbitant amount of money for nothing fixed. My mothers shower was leaking so we called raptor rooter. When the technician arrived he took the shower valve apart broke a screw off which intern made that leak worse put the cover back on and left saying he would be back with a needed part. He never returned until many days later and the shower had been leaking significantly worse in the meantime. was not to mention he did something that stopped the cold water from being available so The water was scalding hot. The bill was $350 for nothing fixed. They told me it was a free estimate which is why I hired them to begin with but once he was here and had tried to find the problem he said the diagnosis would cost $350 which we had to pay. Avoid using this company at all cost!
