I found rhino online and they had all positive reviews. I reached out for a quote and they got back to me right away. The communication was excellent and the person i booked appointment with was professional and pleasant. The technician came to repair my sink and toilet. Bo was very polite and professional. He took care of the repair and kept everything clean and organized. He was very knowledgeable and explained how things work. Overall i had very good experience with the service and definitely will use them again.

Fast response time on a Sunday. Tech was friendly and professional. Got Several quotes through Yelp and this was right about in the middle to uunclog kitchen sink. Have used before and will use again.

I had several good experiences with rapid rooter in emergency situations but today was just outrageous. I purchased a replacement kitchen faucet that needed install after removal of the fixture with a leak. The technician warned me that the price was $350.00. At first it didn't seem bad but I had been used to emergency pricing. Turns out the technician explained that the job would take 30 minutes. WHOA! On an 8 hour day that would $5600!!! I called the office offering that I would pay 150.00 or would get another plumber who would be happy to be making a rate of $2400/day. The owner explained that they charge by the job, and that he wouldn't budge on the $5600/day rate that my job required. When I told him I would pass if he couldn't be competitive and that I would have no choice but to report on social media, the price gouging exhibited to a returning customer, he quickly threatened me with a lawsuit. I just wanted to give the guy a heads up. Maybe he didn't realize that his rates were completely out of whack. So, I am not sure what customer service manual the owner refers to, but I went ballistic when hearing that my free speech was threatened. I have never quite had this level of nasty service but this company must be VERY successful. They apparently don't care to be competitive nor if they are slammed for price gouging on social media. Buyers beware! You can do a lot better that the $5600/day for an plumber from rapid rooter. No matter how he may respond, getting 300/hour or 2400/day for work is plenty unless you are ripping off customers and likely employees who probably make a small fraction from this greedy owner. UPDATE BASED ON OWNER RESPONSE: The owner of this terrible rip off business apparently has lots of experience with extortion. His familiarity with the subject tells you everything you need to know about his business. I am happy to crap all over your company in public because your prices are the extortion! Needy people with plumbing needs from a company that price gouges. Go get your lawyer, little boy, it will give me motivation to adviseusers of angie's list, home advisor and anyone else who needs to be warned of your ridiculous pricing. And should you think otherwise, I am happy to provide you with the estimates from one other big service like yours and one individual licensed plumber. Both were half what you charged and for anyone wanting to see bills or estimates, I am happy to provide. Meanwhile, go to the Supreme Court, loser, see if you can make progress taking away my freedom of speech! Threaten someone who actually believes your bullying bullshit. You're a little boy, a cry baby and your pricing, in my personal experience, having done due diligence, is not nearly competitive. What I can promise you, is that any further slander or suggestion that I am not telling the truth here will be met with a swift response. And for any of you out there that are reading this, can you imagine the ignorance of a company owner to not wanting to make peace with a regular customer? What a fool!

Thank the Lord for these guys. Came in and saved me from a leaky washer hookup. They made it the same day, had the best prices around and were helpful, friendly, clean (booties on shoes), and professional from start to finish. Thanks for the help, great experience. I would recommend giving them a shout at least to get a price. My bet is that they will get your business and you'll save their number like I did.

Probably good for small jobs/repairs only. Requested a quote from this company for re-piping and what a hack job they would have done in my house and then said I would need a GC to come in and rebuild. This was not true at all, just a lack of knowledge on how to re-pipe on their end.

This company deserves 10 stars! Amazing service. Right from the start, I got an almost instant response to my message. We set up the appointment and Beau came to fix the toilet. We had little to no water pressure in our townhome and called Rhino Rooter based on Yelp reviews. Bo came to fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, he was very patient with my 3 kids hovering him while working his magic. Very thankful to FINALLY find a honest company I can call on for future issues. Thank you!

I would definitely call them for future plumbing needs. I called this morning and they were able to offer same day service. They were up front about the after hours fee so there was no surprise there (I needed them after 5pm). The plumber called prior to his arrival and and arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous and again up front with the pricing based on what he assessed was the issue. Did great work, did not make a mess in my bathroom, and fixed the issue!
