I would definitely call them for future plumbing needs. I called this morning and they were able to offer same day service. They were up front about the after hours fee so there was no surprise there (I needed them after 5pm). The plumber called prior to his arrival and and arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous and again up front with the pricing based on what he assessed was the issue. Did great work, did not make a mess in my bathroom, and fixed the issue!

Really happy that I found you guys! I called 5 places and you were the only ones who could come out same day to not only give me an estimate but do the work too! I received a call asking if you could come an hour earlier than originally planned, which was a pleasant surprise. Bo came and immediately impressed me with his shoe covers. Lol! As silly as that sounds it means a lot that you guys care about not leaving a mess behind. More than most others do! So definitely kudos for that! Bo was awesome (& patient) with walking through the condo to assess the work and provide a cost estimate. He replaced a flapper in one of the toilets which really made a huge difference and stopped the toilet from constantly running. He also cleaned out the aerators for 2 sinks free of charge! Thanks Bo! Had some blockage in our sewer lines, Bo was fantastic, personable and efficient. Excellent service! Used them for a new garbage disposal and will be using them for future needs! Bo was our technician. He came in with shoe covers and got the job done efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, knew his stuff, and well mannered. Office person/owner called me to let me know how long it would be before the technician arrived before hand and then again when he was on the way. An all around excellent company! Highly recommend!

Probably good for small jobs/repairs only. Requested a quote from this company for re-piping and what a hack job they would have done in my house and then said I would need a GC to come in and rebuild. This was not true at all, just a lack of knowledge on how to re-pipe on their end.

Plumbing issues are probably among a homeowner's worst nightmare. Yesterday our kitchen sink became clogged. I called Rhino Rooter and my call was answered right away and an appointment booked for today. Mo was great! He took great care to leave everything clean. He was also very kind and explained why the clog happened in the first place. Basically I had been using my garbage disposal all wrong! I highly recommend this company. They're professional and efficient. They're also super friendly and helpful!
