New in town and had a plumbing emergency--2 toilets and a shower backing up sewage. Who you gonna call?? Took a chance and called Rapid Rooter. Great decision! They were wonderful. From dispatch to the first guy on the scene, Mike, all was taken care of and problem was solved. Paul, the owner, came as well and offered the most cost effective solution. We were given visual evidence of the problem and solution and I never felt like any one was taking advantage of us. A very fair price as well. We found our new plumber for our new home. Great people! We had these guys out to deal with a clogged toilet and a leaky faucet. While they were still there, we had to call them back to the faucet due to an incomplete job, but it was finally done right. After their work, the toilet flushed with just toilet paper when they left, but we had told them that it was already flushing with just toilet paper. The next morning our toilet was clogged after use, and they were not willing to come get the job done without further charges. They said that there may need to be further assessment, but why not do a full assessment the first time, especially when we had said it sometimes did flush after we plunged it, but clogged again after we used it? It seems over $250 should get the job done. Very disappointed in the way they do business. We had to call someone else and hope they do a complete job the first time. The flushing of the toilet remains as it was prior their efforts.

These folks are simply wonderful! Specifically, Paul, who took the time to hear me out on something I felt could've been done better and he didn't hesitate to make it right. If you want peace of mind in knowing that your work is backed by reasonable people who stand behind their service and clearly value the long term relationship with their customers, give them a call.

Knowledgeable and fast. They also found a leak outside with my main that I wasn't aware of. Fixed that too!

Very unprofessional gave me a quote and was way over the quote and did not deliver what was promised. Did not call me back, pressured me to make a decision and then blamed me when he could not finish the job. Rude and disrespectful.

I called on a Saturday night (4th of July weekend) and received a call back in about 10 minutes. I had a main blockage but I still had one working bathroom so I waited until the next day. Cisco came out and ran a camera up the drain line and located the blockage. Not all rooter services have cameras. He said they have one in each truck. The blockage was immediately cleared, all from outside the house. I highly recommend these guys.

Had them out to install 4 toilets. They were super flexible to work with. Both guys were nice as can be. They came highly recommended by my next door neighbor and didn't disappoint. A far better value then the other places I called.

I use Rapid Rooter for all of my plumbing needs in the last year many times. Paul has been great, very responsive, does what he can, does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. Rates are reasonable. Polite on the phone and excellent service for repair whatever the need he does his best to fix it or recommends what the next steps to take in resolving the issue(s). I do manage many vacation rentals in Bend, and I recommend him!

I have not used their service but the idiot driving their van around town pulled right out in front of me and almost caused an accident. You shouldn't drive like an jackass with your business's name on the side of your vehicle!

What can you say, we had a problem with our sink drain in the morning and these guys were at our house by 1 in the afternoon. They quickly assessed the problem and had us back up and running in no time at all.

Paul and his team were neat and quick and the price was fair. We will definitely use them again.
