I would highly recommend rapid rooter to anyone looking for courteous, prompt and professional plumbing blockage needs in central Oregon. Thai arrived on time, called first of course, and trouble shot our situation within minutes. He was clear about all of our options and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Thai, and if needed again I will certainly be calling you first!!

We had an emergency ... all of our toilets were all backed up and we had people coming to visit. I called Rapid Rooter on the recommendation of our property management company and got someone to pick up in just a couple of rings - talked with the despatcher (this was Saturday afternoon), and received a call back from Paul within 15 min - he was just finishing up a job and said he would arrive in about an hour.... 50 min later he did! He diagnosed our issue in about 10 minutes and then got to work and within an hour all was fixed. Paul was excellent and the service we received was beyond what we had expected on an emergency call. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. They arrived on time and their quote to fix the issue was spot on.

Rapid Rooter was hired to conduct a simple clog removal in our line. After having to call them out three times in just a few hours, because they failed to do their job each time - we ended up with a $27,000 bill. Instead of removing the clog, they pushed it further down the line until it backed up and flooded all four units of our building. We then had a sewage restoration repair. There was nothing wrong with our lines. It should have been a simple $200 fix. They have taken zero responsibility for their negligence. But instead have refused communication and have provided inaccurate information to insurance agents to get it covered. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and willingness to take ownership of their technicians failure to do his job.

Friday, May 22. The start of Memorial Day weekend, just on the heels of the coronavirus-caused lockdown in OR. I'm washing dishes in the kitchen around 2pm when all of a sudden the sink flat quits draining. Using the plunger did nothing to improve the situation. And, as I suspected, the plumbing companies I called weren't able to come to the house until after the weekend.
Saturday morning, I started calling more places, leaving messages imploring for help with our kitchen sink. Two hours later, I got a call from Paul at Rapid Rooter saying he could come by early in the afternoon. Just after 1pm, he showed up and brought in his rooter machine. In short order he had the drain opened up; and also made time to hear me out about ongoing issues we'd been having with our septic system. He said he'd put us on the list to look at that in the next two weeks.
On Tuesday, his office called to make the appointment; on that day Fred, followed by Paul, came to get out septic drainfield running again. Turns out a junction box had been totally clogged with roots; once the roots were cleared out everything worked as it should again.
Now, we're on the books to have all three of our outside hose bibbs replaced, since they have slow leaks even when closed.
Rapid Rooter saved our holiday weekend with the sink, and has proven itself adept at solving our other plumbing issues efficiently, and at reasonable prices. What's not to like?!

Fantastic work! Had called Sunset Plumbing prior to Rapid Rooter and was given a $687 quote on a simple fix. Decided to go another route and am so glad I did. That same $687 job quoted by Sunset Plumbing was only $160 using Rapid Rooter. Plumber was very nice and job was fixed so I couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend!

Paul and his team are a group of stand up guys and gals. When some work was done incorrectly, Paul made sure that it was corrected and I trust him to do the work well. I've used them several times now and they are my go to plumbing company.

The faucet would not shut off - on a Saturday of course. I called, got a call back shortly. Fred was very attentive to the issue. It was fixed in 2 hours in spite of the fact that we are located an hour away from Bend. I've worked with this company for over 15 years. They've always been reliable and reasonable.

Called these people to come out fix the main line backing up in a rental house. They told us the problem could not be fixed because the house was on a septic system. We were pretty sure it was not on a septic system but differed to their ""expertise"". They did not fix the problem. We called the city the next day and confirmed the house was on city sewer, called another plumber and they fixed the problem immediately. They still insisted we pay their $190 bill ($150 for labor and $40 for travel). What a joke.

New in town and had a plumbing emergency--2 toilets and a shower backing up sewage. Who you gonna call?? Took a chance and called Rapid Rooter. Great decision! They were wonderful. From dispatch to the first guy on the scene, Mike, all was taken care of and problem was solved. Paul, the owner, came as well and offered the most cost effective solution. We were given visual evidence of the problem and solution and I never felt like any one was taking advantage of us. A very fair price as well. We found our new plumber for our new home. Great people! Thank you Rapid Rooter.

We had these guys out to deal with a clogged toilet and a leaky faucet. While they were still there, we had to call them back to the faucet due to an incomplete job, but it was finally done right. After their work, the toilet flushed with just toilet paper when they left, but we had told them that it was already flushing with just toilet paper. The next morning our toilet was clogged after use, and they were not willing to come get the job done without further charges. They said that there may need to be further assessment, but why not do a full assessment the first time, especially when we had said it sometimes did flush after we plunged it, but clogged again after we used it? It seems over $250 should get the job done. Very disappointed in the way they do business. We had to call someone else and hope they do a complete job the first time. The flushing of the toilet remains as it was prior their efforts.
