We paid for an assessment on our water heater however the job could not be done unfortunately our service rep was unaware on how to repair or service he stayed on the phone inquiring help the whole time . I was responded back by saying I was not a paying customer which is a lie I have a check that was cashed by this company for the assessment which gave me zero -zip!

A plumber came to my home and was completely off the mark in his diagnosis of the problem. We have a leak in our living room ceiling, directly under the upstairs bathroom toilet. He said he thought the leak was coming from the HVAC on the roof. This seemed odd, since there is no leak on the second floor. An HVAC specialist came out and laughed when I explained the plumber's diagnosis. A water mitigation crew came and said it is obviously the toilet, based on the location of the leak. He was shocked that a plumber wouldn't recognize this immediately. The four-day delay in figuring out the problem has allowed water to potentially make the problem worse, increasing the risks of rot and mold.

I am upset that the plumber didn't even consider the toilet and that his ineptitude may have exacerbated my problem. I called to complain and spoke to the plumber, who said the owner would call me; it's been 3 weeks and no call back. I emailed Diane in the office twice, first asking for a call back and the asking for a refund - no response there either.

We just moved into an older home. Last Saturday, we were hosting a gathering of friends and the night before our bathrooms went out. We called in the morning and Eddie was able to come out that afternoon. We found him to be very helpful, honest and actually teach us about our plumbing issues and how to prevent future problems. We had a back up in our master bathroom. Tub, shower and toilet were backing up. Ed the owner was awesome. He found the problem right away and suggested we get someone who has the right equipment to clear the blockage. It's 20 feet or more in between the master bathroom and the rear bathroom. We really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. We will definitely be calling on him and his plumbing company again for future repairs.
