Eddie came out for the home warranty company due to a leak underneath the faucet. He looked externally, did not actually figure out where the leak was coming from specifically. He said I needed to call and say a ""white lie"" to get a replacement from the company that made the faucet. Then apparently despite telling me on the phone that it looked like the appliance was installed correctly otherwise it would have failed right away, the home warrenty company told me he said the damage was not due to ""normal wear and tear,"" and that it was not installed correctly and so they couldn't cover it. After lots of back and forth with both Eddie and hours on the phone with the home warranty company (Old Republic) by both myself and the previous owner who kindly offered to call them as well, we finally got a new plumber out and they said they would get the home warranty company to cover it. All it needed was a new 3-way valve and flexible tubing...Really got the impression he just didn't want to bother with it or come back out to fix it. Would definitely not recommend especially if you are going with a home warranty repair. You can always call and ask them to send someone else out instead of these guys. I've had good experience with Costless Plumbing and Stedman Plumbing (the second plumbing company the home warranty folks sent out), and Professional Plumbers though they are more expensive.

Had a leak at my house my warranty company assigned this company to check it out .Guy came out stuck his head under the house shined a light under said I don't see any leak under your house .Well you have to go under the house the pipes are under the would floors and under the house .Older houses had a crawl space under you go through the floor in a bedroom.Said must be a slab leak or a leak outside.He dint go under the house so I had to get another plumbing company come out.They came out two minutes he saw the leak was under the house in the front.Was Pacific Plumbing co in Clovis.I would not recommend this company they don't really do a good inspection.Rapid Rooter who does a leak inspection without going under your house .Wasted my time and delayed my plumbing fix.

Really impressed by the responsiveness and integrity of Eddie at rapid rooter. We have used him for a variety of plumbing issues in our new home, and every time he's been able to fix them quickly. Most recently, he even talked me through what turned out to be a quick fix over the phone, no visit required (and believe me, it felt like a plumbing emergency as my entire kitchen sink was flooding). That type of honesty is rare these days! I would highly recommend, and will definitely keep them in my phone book as our go-to plumber. Scheduling was also very easy, great service all around.
