This company is phenomenal!! Edward and his son took care of our backup quickly and they were so professional. They laid out all our options for dealing with our specific problem and then patiently waited without pressuring us once while we decided which option to go ahead with. My in-laws have health issues. For the past two weeks my wife has been taking care of her father at their Fresno home, while her mother is in the hospital. I had just arrived back in Hanford when my wife called me regarding a backed up clean out in the back yard. I checked Yelp, and found this company had good reviews. I called and Eddie, the owner, met me at the house in Fresno about an hour after my call. He was professional and cleared the drain in a short time, discovering other related potential hazzards, which he shared with me. $198 charge, and i didn't have to fuss with it. We contacted this plumber through an insurance company that insures home repairs. The problem involved a broken shower faucet and a damaged bathroom sink faucet. The two plumbers arrived on time, but when they looked at the shower faucet their explanation was that the faucet was broken due to ""abuse."" There was some discussion about a missing set screw for the sink faucet

I had a call from the plumbing company taking umbrage at criticism of their service. They say they didn't get the $75 fee that was tendered up front. It went to the insurance company, they say. I heard a long explanation that the plumber had thirty-five years of experience and was licensed, which isn't really relevant to the issue. They said the plumber described it as ""misuse,"" a characterization I disagree with. They said they would have been doing free work because the insurance company would have denied the claim. I can understand not wanting to do free work, but there is just something not right about this whole process. It may require another look at the insurance company, Fidelity National.

Could not be more thankful to the Rapid Rooter crew for their quick response to our emergency! We had a pipe burst in our garage, and they came to our rescue at 9pm at night, after being on another job the entire day. They were able to come back the next morning and complete the project. They explained in detail our options, the repair, and even how to work with our home owners insurance to have them pay for the repairs. Diane and Ed are great. Professional, friendly and honest. We had a clogged shower and sink drain. Ed explained how easy the sink fix was and let me do it rather than charging me for it. He knocked out the shower and gave us tips on clog prevention. We couldn't be happier with the decision to call Rapid Rooter. They would get a sixth star for being comfortable with a 100lb dog supervising so I didn't have to but him in the heat.

From the moment I spoke to Diane I knew everything would be okay! I love when older trades embrace modern technology to make communicating with them seamless. When I hung up I got a text confirming the appointment. Then I received another text when Eddie was en route. And get this... He was EARLY! We all know what normally happens with a time window. They say 4-6pm and sure enough they show up at 5:58. Well Eddie showed up at 3:45pm and I knew about it because I got a text telling me so.

We had a blocked sink due to injudicious use of the garbage disposal and though he could have made the job bigger (and therefore more expensive) he showed us how to power flush the system instead! (Sorry, but I won't reveal his secrets. You'll have to pay for that ) Both Diane and Eddie were personable and easy to work with. Thank you for being forward thinking business owner. We appreciate it!
