Had a leak at my house my warranty company assigned this company to check it out .Guy came out stuck his head under the house shined a light under said I don't see any leak under your house .Well you have to go under the house the pipes are under the would floors and under the house .Older houses had a crawl space under you go through the floor in a bedroom.Said must be a slab leak or a leak outside.He dint go under the house so I had to get another plumbing company come out.They came out two minutes he saw the leak was under the house in the front.Was Pacific Plumbing co in Clovis.I would not recommend this company they don't really do a good inspection.Rapid Rooter who does a leak inspection without going under your house .Wasted my time and delayed my plumbing fix.

Really impressed by the responsiveness and integrity of Eddie at rapid rooter. We have used him for a variety of plumbing issues in our new home, and every time he's been able to fix them quickly. Most recently, he even talked me through what turned out to be a quick fix over the phone, no visit required (and believe me, it felt like a plumbing emergency as my entire kitchen sink was flooding). That type of honesty is rare these days! I would highly recommend, and will definitely keep them in my phone book as our go-to plumber. Scheduling was also very easy, great service all around.

When a service person tells you no guarantee on their work, I should stay away. I was glad service response was quick and didn't have doubts on good Yelp reports. Sure enough drain was not working in three days. And I have to call P & R for service, their service was just as promptly and charge was half of amount. So far after ten days everything was working well. I will call P & R from now on.

We had called this company about 6 months ago for a downstairs bathroom issue and the service technician was so honest and helpful that we called back when we had an upstairs toilet leaking last Friday. He was able to fix the problem with the leaking bowl the same day. My husband noticed water leaking from the ceiling 3 days later when he was in the garage so I looked back in my daughters bathroom and she had a different leak on her toilet. The same technician showed back up within 30 minutes of calling them and tightened up an area that had a different leak. Showed us how to tighten it if it happened again and didn't charge us for the follow up. I love how honest this company is and how they have pride in their work. The quality speaks volumes! Customer for life!

We had some plumbing issues with sinks and drains and they were courteous, prompt, helpful, efficient, fair, and extremely knowledgable. I highly recommend them for all things plumbing.
