HIGH PRICE. I had removed the toilet before they arrived. The snake didn't work to clear my toilet pipe. They used a pressure washer that was no good either.
So they went on my roof using my ladder and used a smaller pressure hose and this opened up the pipe. The plumber stated that the camera showed roots were the cause. Yet no root strands ever came out.

After they were done, I told them to clean my bathroom floor. His sign language was like he was too good to do this. He wiped it down with filthy rags. I cleaned and sanitized the floor it up after they left.
I was told that they would fix the pipe for about $10,000. So I asked them to sent me a written estimate of the work to be done. It never received it.

Enclosed picture of my Home Depot rented power snake and ran it down the toilet again they through the CLEAN OUT ENTRANCE. I cleaned the pipe (no roots found). I bought a 50' camera and ran it in the ""clean out"" opening. Never saw any roots.

SCAM ALERT!!!!

Please believe all of the negative reviews concerning how this company preys on the elderly. They quoted an elderly friend a price of $9,500 for plumbing work which was completely unnecessary. Fortunately, I was able to intervene and prevent these crooks from completing their scam. I only wish more people would check YELP reviews so crooks like these guys would hopefully starve to death. I'm also looking into how to report these guys so that civil and or criminal sanctions can be considered.

Stay away. This ""company"" preys on the elderly. They tried to scam my parents out of $12,000, and then offering a deal of $3800 for , as it turned out, a clogged drain. I don't know why they haven't been prosecuted.

This place is a scam 100% do not use them! They ripped up my house and didn't come back for a week! I HAD NO WATER AT ALL FOR A WEEK!

It took them a week to actually fix the issue and then tried to charge me more money because they ""under quoted me"" even though I signed a legal contract stating the work to be done, time frame for repairs AND already gave them 1/2 as a deposit! STAY AWAY!

Trust me please!

And then they threaten you to not leave an honest review and threatened to sue!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Beware of this company, they prey on the elderly. They came out to my grandparents' house to fix a broken disposal, and then claimed that one of pipes under the house was busted which would end up costing between $8k-$11k! Thankfully, my grandpa knew better than to trust one opinion and had another, much better company come out with their camera to inspect the pipes below. Turns out all of the pipes are perfectly fine - no leaks in sight!! I can't imagine how awful you must be at your trade if you have taken to scamming the elderly. Shame on this company.

Don't ever use this company. The tech sexually harassed me, in my own home, and was so unprofessional. He brought a helper with him, who doesn't even work for the company and did shitty work, leaving huge holes in my walls. Then charged me twice the quoted price. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. This is a horrible company. Schedulers can't reach dispatch, no communication what so ever. I had service done in May for shower leaking. It took the technician all day. Came and left because he finally figured out he didn't have the right parts. I would not recommend to anyone who needs plumbing done. You will have an appointment time and guarantee they will not show up for hours. I have the unfortunate ordeal of having them come out again In July because my shower is still leaking. And once again I am waiting all day for an appointment time of 12-1pm it is know 5pm. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are a rip-off. They charge at least four times more than other companies. Their work is sloppy. They ruined my bathroom wallpaper with black pipe glue. They unnecessarily chipped tile. They wanted to charge me $25,000 for a clogged toilet, claiming pipes under house were damaged. They sent six plumbers and four trucks just to pad their bills. Watch out, especially if you are a woman. You're a target.

I hate leaving negative reviews. Most of my reviews are 4 or 5 stars. I wanted to leave these guys a 5 star review because the service guy Sergio V. was so nice. He replaced the main water line under my ass-fault driveway and was polite. The problem was the patch work that was done after replacing the line. As you can see in the picture it does not match at all. The company said they would send someone out to fix it but they just came out, looked at it and said there is nothing they would be able to do. I would be happy to give 5 stars if they were able to make it look better. To bad they did not want to event attempt to. I will remove this low review if they decide to change their minds and post the updated picture showing the great job that they could do

Buyer beware when you deal with this company.
Seems they thrive on the elderly. Will be filing a formal complaint with State Contractors Board.
