I wish I could give a 0 star review. This is a horrible company. Schedulers can't reach dispatch, no communication what so ever. I had service done in May for shower leaking. It took the technician all day. Came and left because he finally figured out he didn't have the right parts. I would not recommend to anyone who needs plumbing done. You will have an appointment time and guarantee they will not show up for hours. I have the unfortunate ordeal of having them come out again In July because my shower is still leaking. And once again I am waiting all day for an appointment time of 12-1pm it is know 5pm. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are a rip-off. They charge at least four times more than other companies. Their work is sloppy. They ruined my bathroom wallpaper with black pipe glue. They unnecessarily chipped tile. They wanted to charge me $25,000 for a clogged toilet, claiming pipes under house were damaged. They sent six plumbers and four trucks just to pad their bills. Watch out, especially if you are a woman. You're a target.

I hate leaving negative reviews. Most of my reviews are 4 or 5 stars. I wanted to leave these guys a 5 star review because the service guy Sergio V. was so nice. He replaced the main water line under my ass-fault driveway and was polite. The problem was the patch work that was done after replacing the line. As you can see in the picture it does not match at all. The company said they would send someone out to fix it but they just came out, looked at it and said there is nothing they would be able to do. I would be happy to give 5 stars if they were able to make it look better. To bad they did not want to event attempt to. I will remove this low review if they decide to change their minds and post the updated picture showing the great job that they could do

We had a great experience with Rapid Plumbing Rooter Service. (And we have worked with several other companies over the years). They were prompt, knowledgeable, and exemplified professional customer service. Peter Hermosillo will be THE only person I call and refer when asked: ""Do you know of a good plumber""? **stoppage due to main cleanout failure (older home).**

They are the worst company ever they fucked me over. Told me that I was able to use my restroom that everything was fine and when I did it it flooded again and now they don't want to come back to fix it. They told me I had no warranty when they clearly didn't tell me anything I'm so mad right now because I paid them 450 for there services and now they don't want to come back to fix it.

These guys are a joke. Do not use. I called them out to snake a drain. They ran the rooter for maybe a few min then told me it was too bad and they had to get the jeter and the camera down the pipe. Then the next day the jeter and the camera came out and they spent maybe 10 min working them and told me its not working and i have to open the slab and replace the sewer pipe. They said $2700...of course i didn't do that, i just paid the already outrageous $425 for them to lie to me. Then I called another company, they came out the same day, used a standard snake, and cleared the line in about 5 min. I tried calling them twice, left a message, and didn't get any response. I was going to politely ask for a refund and talk to them about those techs and what they're doing, but i didn't get a call back. Totally a dishonest company that will take advantage of you then hide when you want to talk about it. Snakes in the grass.

My first experience was excellent. I was surprised to find two nice and clean smelling workers to help us fix a necessary problem. Upon completion of the task they were hired for, it was suggested to make some emergency repairs. We made the appointment under the impression the same worker(s) were coming back; what happened was just the opposite. The young worker had two tasks to complete; the first was competed in a few hours. The second task was a disaster from the beginning. First the young worker cut the wrong pipe and attempted to do work he was not contracted for. Then it took him over 8 hours to complete the task he was supposed to, making at least three trips to Home Depot for pieces; he was here until after 11 pm and still had not fixed his original mistake. He has returned to fix the mistake he made and it is not going smooth at all. Really think this man was too inexperienced for this job.

I received prompted services. Marvin, the technician, was very polite and dressed professional. He replaced my water heater in a timely fashion and discarded my old one. He showed me how to maintenance my new water heater. He gave me 10 percent discount for finding Rapid Plumbing online. This helped to lower the cost of the water heater services. With this in mind, the cost of the water heater was more affordable compare to using services from Home Depot that uses secondary contractors and charge additional permit fees. Overall, I was pleased with Marvin's services.
