I had Rapid Plumbing out to do a drain cleaning of our clean out under our driveway. Took the guy 5 minutes, charged $275 (said he did a camera inspection as well), and told me our clean out pipe was clay and that it was all broken up. I told him it was ABS pipe, as the clay pipe was replaced with ABS when the driveway was still sand, and before we had it paved. I actually watched it being done. He just kept insisting it was clay. He gave me an estimate to run a sleeve through the clay (which is crazy as it is ABS pipe) but even if it was clay and all broken up, how could they run a sleeve through it. The estimate was $9,500, for something that was not needed. He would not listen to me at all. I later checked with our plumber who replaced it with ABS, and he confirmed it also. We won't use them again!

Best, reliable and efficient service! I can't express enough how quickly these guys get to you and get the job done. I had a huge running leak in our gated community that the city could not resolve and took days to respond to and try to figure out the source. I didn't have the time to wait because of the severity of the issue and found rapid plumbing instead. Henry came within an hour of my call, used a specific device, can't remember the name but found the source of the problem, gave me an estimate and had the job finished with his team!! It took our hoa longer to get out and repave the driveway than it took Henry and his team solve and fix this problem.

They are a horrible company. The plumbers try to scam you for your money. I had an inspector come to my house and tell me they tried to rip me off. The ladies who answer the phone are a huge problem. I called once and they transferred me to a woman named Vanessa. She was incredibly annoying, with her squeaky voice and you can tell she was covering for the company, clearly does it all the time. She was not answering my questions instead she'd go around them by repeating the same thing. She was not helpful at all. I needed plumbing done ASAP and it was an emergency but they made me wait hours. Again covering up for the plumbers with excuses. Overall horrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND I don't even know how this company is still in business just look at their ratings.

Beware of this company!! They 100% tried to rip me off. I had a blocked sink drain and they came to check and said I needed to replace the cast iron piping with ABS, it was not much piping and easy to access, they quoted me $2800 to do it. It immediately sent alarms bells ringing as the piping was in the garage, not under ground and it was easy to access. I called in another plumber who came in and did it after hours, 1 person in under 3 hrs, and the total price including parts came to $480 (After Hours)

If anyone has been ripped off by this company, I think there is a good argument to get your money back.
