Beware of this company!! They 100% tried to rip me off. I had a blocked sink drain and they came to check and said I needed to replace the cast iron piping with ABS, it was not much piping and easy to access, they quoted me $2800 to do it. It immediately sent alarms bells ringing as the piping was in the garage, not under ground and it was easy to access. I called in another plumber who came in and did it after hours, 1 person in under 3 hrs, and the total price including parts came to $480 (After Hours)

If anyone has been ripped off by this company, I think there is a good argument to get your money back.

I had a water main leak called rapid spoke to vanessa's and they dispatched Enrique to my home, gave me an estimate which was fair and sent glenn, sebastian and another man I didn't remember his name, all were professional and listened to my needs and replaced water main from street to home with copper pipe on a weekend, so far so good. Thank you all, I will call again.

My mother's kitchen sink needed to be replaced. Eduardo M. came and did an inspection told us exactly what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate and he was done in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was very courteous, efficient and clean. He didn't leave any mess at all.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. Outstanding work!!!

Dishonest company..I called for a drainpipe inspection and hydrojet service only if needed after the inspection which they said they could do. When the techs arrived, I was told they would have to hydrojet first, an obvious upsell..I let them do it and they removed a couple of pebbles!..I was okay with it because I needed the inspection done as part of a larger construction project. When they wrote up the invoice they dishonestly wrote that the hydrojet was needed due to rocks dropped in the drainpipe by my contractor...which they did not know before the hydrojet...this caused my insurance company to deny that part of the claim because of the dishonest way the invoice was written. Marco from Rapid Plumbing refused to change the invoice, probably because it is written that way to do their little upsell scam...Do not use this company..I wouldn't have if I had seen their bad reviews on Yelp.

Great job by the whole crew. Thank you for such a hard-working men. I had a tough job at my house and they got it done. They left it cleaner from when they started. I had a couple slab leaks and Jose was so amazing. The leak detectors were so knowledgeable and worked so hard. Jose deserves a raise he works so hard and he is such a great employee of yours! I come from a family business and Jose went above and beyond to take care of us.

Had 3 leaks in my house, 2 were slab leaks and the crew of guys I had at my house got all of them fixed in 3 days in a very professional and affordable way. I highly recommend Jose and his crew, they have great leak detectors that are very knowledgeable. They were at my house from 11-9pm to get the job done. The crew was very respectful and left my house cleaner than when they got here. Jose is THE man, he deserves a raise. He works so hard day and night.
