BEWARE!!! I'm in commercial property management and have dealt with plenty of plumbing companies and as a tenant of a multi-family complex I will say this is the worst company ever. Amateurs! Not sure where these guys got their experience but I haven't had heat for over a week now. These guys are working past business hours past midnight and can't figure this sh!+ out!!! Aside from that they are rude AF! I would never use them and neither should you! They came for a water leak and talked the old, disabled owner into a full gas line replacement over $20k. BEWARE!!!!

Christian Lopez came to my home and repaired a water heater that was not functional because it needed to be lit he also flushed the water heater. The service was good but not cheap.

Rapid plumbing was a life saver. Customer service over the phone was great. The service man Chris showed up within the time frame given over the phone. He cleaned up his work area and even cleaned the sinks before her left. So glad I passed on the the smell good plumbing guy. AWESOME WORK, THANK YOU CHRIS AND RAPID PLUMBING!

DO NOT USE! Complete idiots and really rude. They ""fixed"" my toilet which then broke one week later (the exact part they fixed."") They told me they would call me for payment and then when they called they YELLED at me for not paying sooner! They said I was a bad customer for making them wait and that they wouldn't stand behind their work and fix the re-broken piece. STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF THIS POORLY RUN BUSINESS

If you are looking for a plumber ( Manny )that will show up late or just not even show up at all for his appointments and when he does show up snakes the drains for $280.00 he then tells us the back toilet is broken ( Was not ) it only acted funny because the drains were still plugged! so we called hem out again yhe next day that's when they confirmed the appointment and he did not even show up at all we called him out again the next day he showed up two hours late.Then he could not snake the drain plugged up so bad he needed to cut that section out for $1,300.00 more I told him no he said he could do it for $1,100.00 I told him to put everything down and GET OUT he did. I then called a different plumber came out fixed the problem in 45 min buy snaking the main drain for $120.00 which was the problem in the first place, ALL the BULL SHIT he was doing was just to charge $280.00 + $1300.00 = $1580.00 plus I replaced the toilet another $260.00 for nothing! If I could give a lower score than one star I would.

Had leaky toilet. Water was everywhere. Called Rapid Plumbing (800)99-RAPID. Sent someone out quickly. George fixed the leak for just the service charge. Since we were in need of a new toilet I asked about the cost. Since it was reasonable we went forward with it. George came back a few hours later. Snaked the drain for free and was great. Work was quick, reasonably priced, and we'd definitely hire them again.

Used these guys for the 1st time today. Service Technician Jose#408 was a young courteousness gentleman who got the work done. I had two toilet inner parts that needed to be repaired, causing my water bill to sky rocket. I took two stars off because $254 seemed a bit high to me for the repairs but I needed it done. I think Jose is the guy to ask for. His customer service was excellent.

Although many previous reviews were quite negative, I've had only very POSITIVE experiences with this company under their new management. The name suits them because they are indeed Rapid and they do not charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays. I received courteous and professional service from their service rep who scheduled my appt and also phoned to tell me when my tech was on his way. Armando, who spoke perfect English and has 16yrs experience, quickly assessed and fixed a problem with my toilet, and after leaving to buy parts, returned with his assistant, Miquel to install new bathroom fixtures and a kitchen sink soap dispenser. Both were professional and efficient. The cost seemed reasonable for the parts & labor involved. I will definitely use this company again.

Nothing like busting a water main when you're gardening on a Sunday afternoon. After calling 10 other plumbers who were closed - I found rapid plumbing and they sent Ceaser out right away. Nicest plumber I've met. After we laughed about how my wife won't let me dig anymore - he had everything fixed in an hour. Recommend them in a pinch anytime.
