Nobody wants to replace their sewer line. It's invisible and can cost more than a car, but when its time for a new one, it usually has to be done ASAP.

We called a few plumbers and Mandel was quick to respond on a Sunday. Not only did we need a new sewer line, we needed to replace the cast iron drain pipe underneath the house as well as some drain work that another plumber had done incorrectly. He came out to West Adams Sunday night, gave us a quote, and we had a new trench-less sewer line by Tuesday afternoon. He had an excellent crew and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. Mandel patiently answered all of our questions and wanted to make sure we understood the scope of the project as homeowners.

The total cost was very fair. I truly believe you'd have a difficult time finding the quality of work we received for the price that we paid.

In the past, other contractors have left me with a sour feeling once the job is done (things not going right, having to babysit a contractor, etc). That was not the case with Rapid Action Rooter. I felt like Mandel and his crew did a quality job. Parting with ""new sewer line"" money is never a good feeling, but I was comforted to know the job was done right. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, but I know I'll never have to.

Initially, I had called Mandel to come by and clean out my sewer line which had backed up. Unfortunately, my sewer pipe had begun to decay with age and was breaking down in a number of places. Using his camera, Mandel showed me the exact areas where the deterioration was occurring. He was honest and gave me the his opinions about what options I had in front of me. I made the decision to have him and his crew do the work and I can say it was one of the best decisions I have made in quite some time. He and his workers were on time, courteous, clean and helpful. I have already referred Rapid Action Rooter to other family, friends, and associates...and I will most definitely use him again.

I don't blow smoke up anyone's kazoo! This review I write from my heart and can't quantify my gratitude for this plumber and his superior quality of service.

My hot water heater failed and water was leaking something awful. Mr. Mandel Bishop to the rescue! He goes above and beyond to provide the best service this side of the Mississippi! Mr. Bishop made time to assess and re-schedule the quickest turn around appointment.

Mr. Bishop and his staff were efficient, courteous, polite, and wasted zero time getting the job done. There was zero lounging around, idle conversations or lollygagging! They are about business and upholding their reputation as a quality plumbing service.

I was in years after Mr. Bishop reassured me that everything would be ok and he was on the job. He stood by his word. He did not leave until he saw that everything was functioning properly. A quick hand shake and he and his crew were off to service the next plumbing emergency.

Don't make a mistake and call any other plumber. If you want it done right the first time Mr. Bishop and Rapid Action Rooter are definitely who you want to call.

Mandel is AWESOME!! My garbage disposal died and he helped me not only understand all of my options for replacing but was very honest as to which options were more expensive, leaving it to me to make the final decision. He is one of the nicest people with whom I've worked on a home maintenance issue and I cannot recommend him enough. Is you hire him, your work will get done quickly, it will be done neatly, at a fair price, and he will explain things without making you feel like an idiot.

Mandel was just at my place of business to give me an estimate for some work. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg to do some unnecessary work, which he could've got away with. He told me the best fix for my situation and instructed me how to do it myself. I appreciate his integrity and moral ethics. I would definitely call upon this man to do work for a close friend or loved one without any concern of him trying to take advantage.

If you're looking for a good honest worker with integrity. Mandel is the way to go.

Our landlords had a plumber they'd always send, but he was always too busy, and would come maybe 2 days later. This wonderful man came same day within the hour, and cleared our stubborn tub drain 4x faster than anyone they'd sent before.
