Rapid action rooter is the best plumbing company we've ever used. We've tried several, but Rapid Action is hands down the best. Mandel was quick to assist when one of our pipes burst on a Sunday morning- he sent one of his guys to fix it within the hour, and then came back later that week to replace our water heater that was overdue for a replacement. His rates were very reasonable, and he was very informative and honest. He did not try to upsell us at all. They also worked quickly and efficiently. We are very grateful to have found Rapid Action, and will absolutely be using them again.

Our kitchen sink got clogged on a Friday night. We called one company first thing Saturday morning, they came out at 9am. We thought it'll be fixed in an hour since it was a simple clog. Wrong! They were here for almost 6 hours and still weren't able to fix it. We decided to call Rapid Action for a second opinion. Mandel answered right away, I explained the entire situation, he knew exactly what was going and was able to send someone out within an hour or 2. Ron worked his magic and was able to fix the clog. He also replaced our kitchen faucet. I will continue to use this company for any future plumbing issues. They are reliable, professional, and most importantly, honest. I highly recommend them!

We had a clogged outdoor drain that other plumbing companies either could not unclog, or wanted to charge over $1000 to hydro-jet. I contacted Mandel and he quoted a reasonable price and sent his guys out the following morning. They use hydro-jets to clear out the mud and roots causing the problem, and then ran a camera through the pipe at no extra charge to show me the cleared pipe. Prompt, on-time, professional, and they got the job done. Highly recommend!

Ron is the man! And so is Mendel for his quick response to help!!! I tried all day to fix my toilet I plugged lol, but I tapped out when my fiancé said call. Lol it was 7:45 pm Monday night these guys are the only ones willing to help! Not only that it was 10 min or less respond to my Yelp and then 15 min later Ron came! This is the second time I've used this company and was very happy.

Today, I had a problem with my washer drain overflowing. I called Rapid Action Rooter this morning and spoke to Mandel, who had a plumber scheduled for same day service in less than 30 minutes.

As planned, Ronald showed up and went straight to work. In less than an hour, he had snaked the drain and the water drained normally.

I can't speak enough for Mandel's character. I called him for a routine issue with my dishwasher and he offered to help me over the phone for free. We fixed the issue without him ever coming out.
