Mandel and his team are life savers. After dealing with another plumber and water restoration company who wanted to completely demo a perfectly good tile floor and encouraged me to go through insurance for a simple toilet leak, I called Rapid Action Rooter for an estimate.

Mandel had consulted on a few jobs before. This time I called him and while his schedule was busy as usual I knew he was the best company for the job and asked if he could fit me in. He was patient in understanding the job, sent a team to assess the situation, provided an estimate and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. His team was efficient, on time and was able to replace the broken flange and corroded pipe from the crawl space so I didn't need to have the tile floor demo'd and replaced... saving me thousands. Rapid Acton Rooter will definitely be my first call moving forward.

Rapid Action Rooter demonstrates a very high level of Professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs. I called Mandel and told him about my concern with slow drainage, he came out the very next day which happened to be on a Sunday and used a camera snake to view my plumbing issue.The camera detected a broken Main drain clay pipe running from my house to the sidewalk area. I opted to have the pipe repaired. The very next day Mandel was there with his crew and went right to work, two deep hole were dug from my house to the side walk and a new Flexible pipe was pulled through the old clay pipe and securely anchored the the city sewer line. Afterwards all of the dirt was filled back into the holes and the landscape was restored. Very pleased with the job. A1 service. Thanks Again
