I found Rapid Action Rooter on yelp when I noticed water leaking from the tank of my toilet. I called and explained the problem to Mandel who said he would send someone out within a few hours. My plumber Ron arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it wasn't anything major and he was able to fix it in no time.

I had another company quote in the mid-4 figures for a series of clogged pipes after taking a look at my kitchen. The quote was high because they said it was impossible to unclog a certain pipe in a cheap way.

I thought that sounded high, so I called Rapid Action. They had someone here on zero notice in about 90 minutes on a Friday afternoon and took care of the issue in about an hour, doing what the other company said was impossible - and for WAY cheaper.

So five stars for giving me my kitchen back, being so responsive and quick, and being very pleasant to deal with!

Mandel the owner of this company was incredible! He and his team came out to repair my sewer lines today. Mandel explained everything clearly that needed to be done . His customer service, passion and commitment to what he loves to do shows. I am usually skeptical when I see nothing but 5 stars but in this case well deserved for what he did for me. I recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have.

Mandel is awesome! I called about a shower leak that was really bad and Mandel arrived within the hour. He is very professional and immediately discovered the problem. He then had to go to 3 stores to get the part and was back to finish the job. I would highly recommend him!

Rapid Action was fast, professional, and did a great job on short notice. I called Rapid Action first thing in the morning after sinks began overflowing due to a clog- they sent a technician out within an hour who diagnosed and fixed the problem, as well as giving me some long term advice.
