Contacted Josue through yelp for a kitchen sink drain leak in the crawl space. Josue responded immediately and gave an appt the next day for inspection. He was on time for inspection the next day, courteous. Before going into the crawl space he mentioned that he would charge $120 for going into the crawl space and doing an inspection. After the inspection, there was a crack in the black plastic drain pipe, he explained. He gave us a quote of $750. He came the next day to fix the problem. He had to replace a total of 8' drain pipe and it took 1 hour 40 minutes to complete the job. He charged $750 for the job as per his quote. When we asked how much was the material cost, he said it is minimal and the charge was mostly towards labor. When we mentioned 10% yelp discount, he said it was already included. Josue is prompt in replying, in time for the appt, courteous, But I feel it is pricey. On retrospect, l think I should have shopped around a bit.
