Josue was great! He showed up on time at our Los Altos home, and quickly fixed the clog between our clean out and the main sewer. Very courteous and professional.

We haven't had the greatest experience with plumbers so was extra worried when we needed an emergency service one evening.

Called Ranger Rooter based on good Yelp reviews on 24 hour plumbers (not the most reviews but closer to us). Josue told us it would take two hours to get someone out to our house and then later txtd back to say he was coming out himself. Josue showed up in a mask and gloves (company policy -- we later found out he was the owner) and listened patiently while we explained the issue.

Josue changed into a jumpsuit to explore our crawl space and ensure there were no hidden sources of a leak. We had a ton of follow up questions he patiently answered too.

Josue was polite and informative throughout. Great experience and now we have a plumber we can rely on.

Josue was amazing. I need to replace the house water shutoff valve since the house is over 30-years old. Josue had so much experience that he helped me work with the water district to turn off main water supply so he could get his work done. The work required smouldering, and his experience and patience meant he got it done in ~30mins. He also helped install bidets and replace a faucet. On the faucet, we had got the wrong size so the work couldn't get done. We got the new faucet and Josue was kind enough to come back the next day and take care of it.
Overall, given Josue's professionalism, punctuality, and patience, I would strongly recommend him for any plumbing needs to anyone.

We had very slow running kitchen / garage sinks; not an immediate emergency but something that would become one if untreated. I called at around 11 in Monday morning, Josue was very courteous on the phone and arranged a time to come the same afternoon. He came on time, observed all COVID safety precautions, and had the problem fixed in less than half an hour. Highly recommended.

Josue was great! Fast, efficient, and very good work. We had a clogged kitchen sink and broken garbage disposal, and he came and rooted it out quickly and easily! He was very courteous and had excellent COVID procedures - wore a mask and gloves the whole time and stayed outside for most of the procedure.
