Randall has been my go-to plumber for years. These days, he is conscientious about the pandemic protocol (mask, sanitizer, distancing, etc.) on top of his usual virtues: skill, honesty, excellent communication, punctuality, very fair pricing. On his latest visit, not only did he quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing issue, he also solved a problem with my car!! He's outstanding in every respect and has earned my highest recommendation.

I called Randall Plumbing after reading many positive reviews. I explained the work I needed and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time, was pleasant, and is obviously a real pro. The shutoff valves under my sink would no longer shut off the water, so they needed to be replaced before I could repair or replace my kitchen sink's faucet. The work area is cramped and Mr. Randall is a good sized man, but he got it done. I am very satisfied with the work he did, and I can honestly say that even if I was physically able to have done the work, I would have charged much more to do the cutting, fitting, and soldering all while laying on the floor in difficult positions for two hours. His price was very reasonable and the work was beautifully done. I am sure I will be using him again, and I highly recommend him.

I've been struggling to find a plumber I can trust for the last 14 years. Every time I feel like I've overpaid, received sub-par service, or have been sold a service I may or may not have really needed. Randall is a plumber you can trust. He's a great communicator, does quality work, and commits to his original quote, even if the job gets more complicated, goes longer than expected, or requires different parts than anticipated.

For this job, he replaced all of the below-floor sewer lines of our main bathroom -- the toilet, shower, and sink lines -- and replaced the old steel lines with ABS plastic. I got quotes from three different plumbers, and Randall's was so much lower than the others that I had to ask him about some of the potential complications that the other plumbers had pointed out. He was confident that his approach would work, and he stuck to his word. Part of the economy of his business is that he's a one-man company, and personally, I'd rather hire a craftsperson (who will be the actual person on the job) than get a quote from the company owner (only to see a different team of workers show up for the job). His lack of overhead is savings in your pocket.

Randall is the real deal. He's a highly-skilled person in the trade and has decades of experience to back it up. While we only had him by for some smaller jobs, he was punctual, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable--all the things I look for in a great plumber. He will absolutely be the first person I call anytime I need an expert to work on our pipes.

Randall was not only extremely professional he was honest and quick to get the work done. We had a issue with our sink not draining, we called another company for service and a quote and they not only could not do the work needed when they came the price the gave was almost 1k. Randall was recommended by our friends/neighbors, he came by on Sunday and came back on Monday and fixed the problem quickly and at a much more fair price. We will be recommending him to all our friends in the area now.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Called Randall plumbing after a google search and having a bad experience with some other plumbers. Randall responded very quickly, was super through (explained everything to me which was much appreciated), and did the work very quickly. The first time I called him he installed a water pressure regulator for our house and the second he fixed the seal on our toilet. For the water pressure job, I got estimates from multiple plumbers and his was the tied for most reasonable plus he was the easiest and most pleasant to work with.

Randall installed a new shower system for us. This included a new shower valve, rain head, shower wand, diverter from the rain head to the wand, brackets and hose for the wand. He also serviced our two tankless water heaters. He came over to give us a free estimate (when other companies wanted to charge me) and gave a really fair estimate. When it was time to do the installation, he did a great job and really cared about the quality of his work. He communicated with us throughout the process and we could tell that he didn't take any short cuts. He will be our go-to plumber from now on!
