He fixed the problem and explained everything for a reasonable price. Found two other issues also, which were legitimate and fixed one on the spot and we will fix the other after he determines the cost of a part. Randall is a great local professional that makes it a point to help diagnose issues, offer up plenty of helpful information, and provide multiple solutions to each problem. He gives good quotes ahead of any work and makes sure you know of any risks up front.

Can't say enough great things about Randall who replaced all the old corroded drain pipes under my house and found and fixed multiple vertical leaks that other plumbers missed. Randall replaced my old water heater and brought everything up
to current code. It was a difficult job. He had to re-locate the gas line,
install new copper lines, bolt the drainage tray down to floor and install
a drainage pipe through the wall to the outside of the house. Not to
mentioned the removal of the old wooden closet where the old
water heater was located. Now, to get to the point: ""THIS ALL
WITHIN 24 HOURS AND HOT WATER WAS RUNNING AND AN
INCREDIBLE FAIR PRICE""!!! But the most important fact is Randall's
outstanding professionalism in all aspects.
Thank you Randall, you spared me of a lot of stress as well.

I have been working with Randall for 4 years now. He is a life saver. So damn knowledgeable and so good at his trade. You should see the clean welds he did. Very impressive. I called him to replace my hot water heater because of a leak and he went out of his way to stop by between jobs to make sure it was safe and wouldn't damage anything in the time it took for him to schedule the job. He is super fast and very professional.

Update: I had an issue with one of my pipes going into my house during this fun ongoing quarantine and he showed up wearing a mask, and maintained the proper distances during the entire process. He washed his hands and made be feel really at piece having someone work during this anxious time. Thanks again!
