when homeowners look to hire tradesmen, i think we all look for the same three things: quality, trustworthiness, and reasonableness. randall aces all three categories.

i needed minor repair work. randall showed up early, fixed the problem within minutes, and charged a surprisingly fair rate (especially considering the usual lack of cost-transparency one finds with plumbers).

he came highly recommended by others in my building and now i know why. he's now my go-to call for any plumbing work and he'll be my first recommendation to others from here on out.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication recently. I attempted to contact Randall for help, but he did not bother to respond. I thought I was going to be able to rely on him, but I guess not.

Overall experience was great. Came out for a quote. Went through the project very thoroughly. Quote was quote reasonble. Due to some other reason, the project is currently put on hold. So we didn't hire him.

I was looking for a plumber to do some work on our new house. Asking friends didn't turn up any strong recommendations though. I looked to my fellow yelpers, and Randall Plumbing seemed to stand out. His work and service is exactly what you expect from reading these reviews. He was punctual and finished at his estimated time. His work is professional and without error. I presented him with my problem, he walked around the house, and under it, and came up with the best solution.

Randall is a nice guy, and somebody you can trust.

Just like the other reviews say, Randall is a total professional and wonderful at what he does. We called him in for a second estimate on running a gas line for our BBQ. The first plumber was recommended by our home inspector and he quoted a price that seemed rather high so I wanted a second opinion. Not only was Randall's quote less than half what the other plumber estimated, he also debunked a lot of what the first plumber was telling us about our gas lines.

Randall was on time for both the initial estimate and install appointments. He explained everything thoroughly and in terms we could understand, and he was a pleasure to have in our home which you unfortunately cannot say about every contractor. He even dealt graciously with our barking, crazy dogs. I'll never call another plumber in again. Randall's officially our guy now!

Randall is a man of his words. He is perfectly on time, he gets the job done, he is knowledgeable, efficient, and detail-oriented. He answers your phone and emails with all the information you could possibly need. He is an honest hard-working professional who is a pleasure to do business with. I have used his services twice already and I would not hesitate calling him again in the future.
