I called another plumber on a pipe leak who did not return my call. Called Randall Plumbing, who answered and scheduled an appointment for the next day and came on time. He fixed the problem and explained everything for a reasonable price. Found two other issues also, which were legitimate and fixed one on the spot and we will fix the other after he determines the cost of a part. I will be using him from now on for a fourplex I own in Highland Park

Randall is a great local professional that makes it a point to help diagnose issues, offer up plenty of helpful information, and provide multiple solutions to each problem. He gives good quotes ahead of any work and makes sure you know of any risks up front.

Can't say enough great things about Randall who replaced all the old corroded drain pipes under my house and found and fixed multiple vertical leaks that other plumbers missed. Unlike other plumbing services that give cookie cutter/sq. foot estimates, Randall actually assesses the specific plumbing situation to see what is actually needed. Randall replaced my old water heater and brought everything up
to current code. It was a difficult job. He had to re-locate the gas line,
install new copper lines, bolt the drainage tray down to floor and install
a drainage pipe through the wall to the outside of the house. Not to
mentioned the removal of the old wooden closet where the old
water heater was located. Now, to get to the point: ""THIS ALL
WITHIN 24 HOURS AND HOT WATER WAS RUNNING AND AN
INCREDIBLE FAIR PRICE""!!! But the most important fact is Randall's
outstanding professionalism in all aspects.
