I sent messages to a handful of company's requesting info for our broken heater. Jessy was available to take a look at it that same day and at no cost. He got the part he needed and the next day everything was fixed. His communication was great, his price was reasonable, and he was very professional. We will absolutely contact him again if we have any heater/ac/plumbing issues.

First of all, I can not say thank Jesse enough for always being reliable and for always fixing everything (central heating and plumbing) that has broken this past year. We've had many problems in our house these past 2 years and Jesse always comes to the rescue. He is always on time, fixes everything the first time, and his prices are reasonable. He explains things to us in a simple manner which makes it easy to understand. Jesse always puts as at ease and never lets us down. I highly, highly recommend Jesse and if I could give him 10 stars I would.

I cannot recommend Jesse and Rancho Heating and Air highly enough. We originally called Jesse last October as our heater was not working the last time we ran it (early 2018). When Jesse came it was working fine so no work was needed. He didn't charge for the visit which was appreciated. Then 2019 came and the unit was again not working. Jesse came out and diagnosed the main PCB as the culprit. He provided a quote to replace the board and a quote for an entire new unit. We ended replacing the unit which was a total cost of $2600. Jesse and Hector was very professional, clean and finished the job in one day. Will definitely call him in the future if any plumbing issues come up!

Great value. I was saving up to replace my 21 year old Lennox a/c for next summer, but Rancho's price was so good that I was able to do it right away and upgrade to a Trane as well.
Jesse has been doing air and heating for more than 16 years. He did a nice clean job and the unit was up and running in a day and a half. Unit is very quiet.

Jesse did a great job with my furnace and AC system replacement. Got competitive quotes for installation of high quality brands of equivalent SEER rating (Trane/Lennox) and he came in low and gave me good advice without trying to up sell during his in home visit. I am soooo ecstatic about finding these guys. I had 3 bids, they came the lowest in price (compared to one bid they were almost half the price ) and the service was phenomenal. My furnace died and Jesse noticed that my water heater had a huge leak going that I didn't even realize ... he replaced both for me right away. He worked around my handyman's schedule to get the base built back up. They were so good , I can't express it enough. So nice and amazing. Thank you Jesse!!

AWESOME COMPANY! This is the second time I've used Rancho Heating, Air & Plumbing and I couldn't be happier! My first experience was for a small job in my kitchen, and this was a big one! We replaced our entire Heating & Air System with a new Trane Unit (two zones). As with my last experience, Jesse and his team were outstanding! In addition to doing a fantastic job, they were reasonably priced, highly professional, careful (always used tarps, plastic and shoe covers, and cleaned up nicely each day), on time each morning, polite and completed the job in the exact time frame and for the amount that they quoted me. They also went the extra mile by installing drip pans with automatic shut off sensors for each furnace in the attic in case of any leaks (without them would potentially be a ceiling/drywall disaster), they made sure that all of my duct work was checked and up to par and paid careful attention to every other aspect of the job to assure that it was done as well as possible! In addition, without me even needing to ask (but with my approval first), Jesse took the initiative to carefully relocate two underground sprinkler pipes and connecting heads that would have been buried under the two new compressors! Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rancho Heating, Air & Plumbing for any job, big or small! I have now found a wonderful company for these types of services that I'll use indefinitely! A huge thanks to Jesse and team for a job well done!

Jesse came to our house today to unclog a drain in our shower, he was on time and very courteous to my wife. He was able to get the drain unclogged quickly and for a very reasonable cost. We would be happy to use him again and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest HVAC and plumbing person.

Got quotes using yelp and Jesse was the only one that replied promptly. He called me first thing in the morning and scheduled appointment in the evening same day. Fixed issue with water heater. Had no hot water for a few days. Would recommend.

Had a great experience with Jesse today - my 1st time with this company. AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday afternoon and I tried all the things the Internet suggested but still no good. I called Rancho around 1:45pm on a Saturday and some one actually picked up and told me they could come over between 3-4 a perfect! Jesse was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my many questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I was back up and running with cold air in about an hour, and at a reasonable price as well. I would call him again if I had another issue. Thank you Jesse!
