We had flooding in our laundry room about 3 AM. In the morning I reached out to Rancho and they responded within a few minutes. Within 40 minutes they were on the job. Ruben came out and was friendly, efficient, and knew his job well. Problem solved within 15 minutes. Rancho is our new go to plumbing company and we would recommend to anyone.

At first they quote you a price agreed upon. Then they find other things that need to be fixed. If they have to go and pick up a part, they will charge at least $25. It's not straight forward and it's shady. I will never have them to my home again. Watch out.

They installed two toilets. They did a great job. They also removed the old toilets and the considerable amount of packaging from the new ones, all at a very reasonable price. One of my toilet seat covers was damaged during shipping, and they even offered to come back to install the new one when I received it (I was able to install that myself, but thanks anyway!). They also explained some things about a new flange and the flushing mechanism. Overall, very happy with their work and friendliness. I will no doubt use Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing services in the future.

Our upstairs hot water shower handle failed last night spraying water everywhere! Called Rancho Heating and Air in the morning based on the reviews. So glad I did! They were here within a half hour of calling and the work was done within an hour after that. Ruben was courteous and showed me everything along the way. He was awesome!
