Hire this company and you'll see what it has all the 5-star ratings. Jesse was quick, did great work, and was fairly priced. My initial call was answered by a human (no press this...press that), the scheduling call came literally minutes later, with a price quote and arrival time. He was here when he said, did the job quickly, and everything was back to normal before we could get stressed about it all. Couldn't ask for more!!

Lowes installed a sink and failed to reconnect the water, so they told me to find a plumber and they would reimburse me. Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing answered the phone immediately and the plumber came within 30 minutes, exactly when they said. Because Lowes not picking up the phone he was forced to wait around for an extra 20 minutes and he was patient and pleasant even though I was wasting him time. He didn't put anything extra on the bill for the wasted time even though he could have. And he reconnected the things below the sink in a better way than they had been before, which he explained and I sort of understood it. The thing that stood out were the professional and conscientious demeanor of the plumber. It was a simple job but I get the feeling that he could have handled even the most challenging job. All in all it was an amazing experience from Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing and I will certainly call on them the next time I have a heating or plumbing need.

Jesse came out and replaced out tankless water heater and did a phenomenal job at a reasonable price.

A few months later our shower's hot water wasn't working well so we called them up and Jesse came out the next day. Turned out my shower head needed to get cleaned out due to the hard water buildup. He didn't charge me a dime, he just stopped by on one of his routes because he truly cared.

I'm very happy!!! Jesse installed a new air conditioning and furnace in my condo. Him and his partner were very professional and tidy with their work. I will definately be using Jesse again for any heating, air and plumbing issues. Thank you Jesse for giving us air and a new furnace to support it.

AC and Heat nor fan would turn on. Called Rancho plumbing and same day 3pm Jesse shows.. in 15 minutes diagnoses and find transformer bad. Swaps it out and a new thermostat.

I don't give 5 stars very easily. I was very impressed with the service from the entire team at Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing. After a week of remodeling, our bathroom cabinets came in and our old plumbing didn't align with the new layout. Emergency, not really, but we had no sinks. Called at 2:25pm to see if there was a slim chance we could get it done today. Others were closed for the weekend and most didn't have time until next week. We are very close to their office and on his way back to wrap up his busy day, Jesse was kind enough to stop to give an estimate. He took a look at the situation and gave a very fair price. I asked if he could do it today and he agreed. My wife is very happy. Happy wife happy life. It is 5:40 right now and he left 25 minutes ago. So in less than three hours he was able to solve my problem and did it with a smile on his face. At least his eyes smiled, he and his assistant wore a mask the entire time. Great service from the start to the finish. His assistant on the phone was prompt in returning calls and it resulted in a great plumbing experience. He is coming back next week to install the sinks. I am pretty handy and planned to do it, but he and his staff earned the business. Great job Jesse and staff. My contractor may be calling you for future business. Keep up the great work!

Tried to fix a leaky shower myself...what a mistake! I made the leak worse and had to shut the water off to the entire house.

I called Rancho Heating & Air/Plumbing to schedule an emergency service call. Jesse was super quick and responsive and got my shower working again! Great service at a fair price.
