Our AC stopped cooling so we called Rancho. It was our first time dealing with them. Jesse arrived promptly and immediately began his diagnostics. Eventually he showed my husband that coolant was leaking from the coils. After getting the go-ahead, Jesse cleaned out the unit and replaced the old coils with new. The AC has never run better and pricing was competative. Thank you Jesse! We will definitely be customers.

We contacted Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing as our Water heater has been automatically turning off constantly. Jesus has been extremely polite and friendly. He listened to me about all the symptoms patiently just like a Doctor. He had direct line to the manufacturer whom he called immediately and ordered the parts. He promptly returned the next day and replaced the parts and our heater is back to working back again without any issues. Thank you Jesus, you were wonderful.

We contacted Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing because our usual AC company did a terrible job on the bi-annual maintenance of our AC unit. The company responded very quickly (within a couple of hours of our request). They had some availability the same day, so Jesse stopped by right on time. He was very polite, professional, efficient, and left a spotless work area. He also went above and beyond by doing more than what originally quoted. His pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use this company for all of our AC/Heating needs. I highly recommend Jesse and his company.

I had a visit to fix two issues with my A/C: clearing a clogged HVAC drain and replacing a fan motor on an outside unit.

The technician, Jesse, clearly knows what he is doing and his experience shows. He was able to resolve both issues quickly and at a reasonable rate.

I have already called to have Rancho Hearing & Air come back to resolve a different issue on my aging HVAC system that showed up after Jesse fixed the other problems. There is absolutely no substitute for experience.

Service guy arrived early which was great. He checked the furnace motor (very hot in out attic and at midday), and found a bad capacitor. Are placement was readily to hand the job was done very quickly and at a reasonable price..

I just had a new water heater installed and Rene did an outstanding job!! I had reviewed ratings on water heaters available from Home Depot and Loew's and received quotes which were higher than Rancho Plumbing and they installed the Bradford White Brand which was the highest rated water heater for less than the other brands!! They did an awesome job with all the codes and installation needs for the best energy efficiency and other new codes were all done properly and with great care. I want to thank them for such a great job!!! 5 Stars!!!! Thank You!!
