Steve has done two jobs for me. The first job he hung a mirror, the second he installed a trash compactor. In order to get the trash compactor installed he had to remove a rather large wood panel in my kitchen. He stated that he couldn't put it back at the time because he didn't have a nail gun with him, but he would text me that week or the next week and arrange a time to come by. Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard from him so I sent him a text. He stated that he could possibly come out that week. He didn't come out that week. Or the next. An unanswered text asking him to please set up a day to come out.

Steve is a nice guy, affordable, but is also very flaky when it comes to returning calls, text messages and I'm not very happy my husband had to finish the job he started.

Steve is busy, but prompt if needed. VERY quick worker, obviously knows his stuff. Quality work.

Gets what he needs ahead of time -- using phone pictures, etc. -- saving costs. Fixed two leaky toilets (replacing devices) and a broken light switch in an hour. Hence reasonably priced.

Cutting edge phone billing and texting.

We'll be sure to use him again as needed, and will recommend him to our friends in the area. It's a relief to find a good one!

Steve is as good as a handyman gets. He arrived on time and got to straight to work. He's quick, precise, and efficient. He has a lot of knowledge about the home and was able to get everything I needed done. Plus, he is available on weekends! I highly recommend him.

Steve provided an electrical service for me at a rental property in RB. He was professional, polite, and very quick to schedule and make the needed repair. Steve did a great job and I will use him again.

He also uses a phone app for payment (Venmo) that makes it easy for my situation where I couldn't meet him in person for payment.

The owner of this business is a liar. He advertises on yelp 50 minutes response time, and 100% response rate - both of these claims are false. I have contacted this business through yelp, left my contact info in writing and still have not received a response 3 days later. After not hearing back for 2 days, I was still willing to give him another chance, called the phone number - no one picked up, so I left a voice message with my contact info and also mentioned he failed to respond to written inquiry through yelp - my phone call remained un-returned as well.

Steve did an outstanding job replacing a burnt out disposal & kitchen faucet. I was very pleased with his work and attention to detail. Perhaps the best part was the final bill came in under estimate! I will definitely call Steve again when a job requiring his skills are needed.

Steve was great! Took care of several problems I was having quickly and efficiently, including hanging a wall cabinet, two running, sluggish toilets, screen door not latching properly, a drip under my kitchen sink, and a leaky bathroom faucet.
