The ""quick response"" is an immediate notification to text Steve the RB Handyman. I did as directed, texted Steve and let him know the work I needed done and my address. Steve did not respond to my text. I waited a couple of days and left a voicemail message. No response. I called again. This time, Steve answered the phone and he said that as I live in the area he could swing by my home on Thursday or Friday. He then told me to text him my address again. I did as he asked and texted him my information again.

When Steve did not come by on Thursday, I left a voicemail letting him know that I would still be at home on Friday. I said I hoped he still planned on coming by and provided my phone number and address again, just in case. Unfortunately, Steve was a no show and did not call or text me to let me know that he was canceling. I called him twice after this because I understand unforeseen things can come up and; frankly, a good handyman is difficult to find. Despite my efforts, Steve never returned my call.

Based on this interaction with Steve the RB Handyman I find him unreliable and his behavior indicates he does not value other people's time.

Steve is great at what he does, he installed ceiling fans, a wired shelf in the closet, fixed the water stoppers in sink, a hanging shelf is garage and a floating shelf.

I would definitely call him again should I need some help with anything in my house.

Fantastic Service. I tried to replace the faucet myself, but after a few hours of leaking issues I decided to call Steve. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. He got right to it and had no problem removing my old rusty faucet that was hard to reach and replacing it with a new faucet. He made sure to clean up the sink so there wasn't any rust residue, aligned everything properly, checked for leaks, and was good to go. So far so good. Our faucet handles now turn smoothly and now no leaks from the sink top or faucet connectors. The price he initially quoted was the price I paid. Thank you for getting rid of my headache.

I used Steve to repair a ceiling fan, which no one does. Well he gave it a shot and it was not easy! The part they had sent me was deep inside the engine but he gave it a go, even taking the fan back to his workshop to take it apart.

While I wouldn't recommend repairing a fan this way, he was able to do the impossible! (We just weren't ready to replace our primary fan).

He also charged a very fair rate and was very quick about it all. Started a Friday evening, returned fan first thing Saturday AM.

Steve is busy and can be tough to schedule but once he starts your job, you can be sure you have all of his attention until it's complete.
