tl;dr - quick response, reasonable price, great work

I've been using Steve for a couple of years now and he has been really amazing. The most recent time was this past month where I needed to get a kitchen sink and valves replaced in a rental. Being out of town, I was able to communicate the issue over text and he arranged a time directly with the tenant. He was able to get it done the next morning and even picked up all of the parts and faucet on his way over. The work that he does has been really well done and on schedule. He is always super responsive and returns my messages within the day. He goes the extra mile to work with his clients and make sure they are taken care of. I would highly recommend him!

I echo what other reviewers are saying about Steve. He's very professional, prompt and hard-working.
We needed a washing machine pan installed quickly, along with other items. We contacted him via yelp and his email directed us to text his phone number. We were able to immediately talk through what I need, and he came the next day late afternoon to help us out. He spent a couple of hours and was able to install our washing machine drain pan, change our kitchen faucet, install a water filter system and install a TV mount.
Even though he's working late in the evening, he did not rush on anything and very patience throughout, explaining to me all the things I need to know about the systems he's installing, how to adjust, how to use and what to look out for. For the water filter system and kitchen faucet, he double/triple check to make sure there's no leak, and make sure it is working before he leaves.
I will definitely call Steve again for any of our future projects.

Steve is awesome. Quick to respond and set up an appointment. He is a hard worker and I think the price is right. He put together a ping pong table for me and a cabinet. He worked until 730pm. When he was done, he took the time to show me how to open and close the ping pong table. I was surprised, as I would think most people would just want to be done for the day, get paid and get out of there. I highly recommend Steve and will be contacting him for house projects, as needed.
