I had Ram service 2 properties for us. One for an air conditioning unit. Ryan was thorough in assessing the problem, explaining the cause and solution. Recommended service once per year. The 2nd was to repair the primary drainage line on our air conditioning unit at my son's home. Fix it so the water drain through the primary line, not the back up. Remove a use less pipe on the side of the house. He also replaced the garbage disposal, hot water heater and fixed the hot water heater drain line. I appreciate his expertise and explanation of all work done. Left all areas clean and removed all debris. Thank you Ryan.

Had Ryan from Ram Plumbing out today due to having a leak in the main water line to our house. He found the leak, repaired it and did a great job cleaning up behind himself after having to dig through our planter and grass area.

I am so happy with Michael Gonzalez of Ram Plumbing! I called because my outside drain lines were clogged (whose weren't after this down pour!). Michael was at our home in 45 minutes from the time I made the call, he quoted the bud, $214.00 and we got him started. 2 hours later, the drains were flowing and we are ready to deal with the upcoming storm! We live in an old house that was built in 1930. I used a bath bomb the other night, and it was the final straw for the old pipes. It finished off a clog that became solid as a rock. Needless to say, we needed a plumber. Ram's plumbing sent us Kevin. He tried to use a snake to unclog it, but it could not penetrate the clog. He had to open our kitchen ceiling and the wall next to the ( upstairs) tub. He replaced several old pipes after clearing the clog, fixed both of the holes, and cleaned up every bit of dust and debris. He even scrubbed all of the stain out of the tub. We've never hired anyone who was as thorough, respectful and concerned that we were satisfied with a repair. For any plumbing problems, call Ram and ask for Kevin. He's amazing.

Last minute emergency on a Sunday evening. So our timing couldn't have been better right? No! It was awful timing. They were able to send out Ryan last minute and he came as soon as he could and saved the day. A duplex with two clogged up kitchen sinks that kept rising when just one sink was running. He was able to unclog the sink within a short about of time and did quality work. We will call this company again if any unexpected plumbing emergencies pop up again.

David did a wonderful job in fixing our ice maker drainage system. He quoted two pricing for us to choose but we chose the higher price. Fortunately, the service price was reasonable as he did a very professional job and even added clamps to support the pvc tubes.
