I found this plumbing and AC company very responsive and very skilled. I called their plumbers for two jobs. One of them was small, but the other involved leaking sewer/shower drain that required opening the wall. In both cases the customer service was good and the plumbing repairs were done perfectly with no follow up needed. I found the pricing very reasonable, and I liked that they had all they needed in the truck, which helped finish the plumbing repair service quickly, which is exactly what I had expected based on my tight schedule.

Great job on repairing our broken sewage pipe. The communication iwas excellent. John and especially Jessica informed me of all the steps they need to take to get the repair done. We called RAM plumbing for a simple leak in the ceiling (after hours). The technician gave me the evening rate and estimated it would only take an hour - so we asked him to come over and fix our leak (we had a local option but we wanted a company with good reviews online).

He arrived and started to work on the leak in the ceiling. I had provided the ladder and the tarp for the mess (anything to speed up the process and get him out quicker because I know they charge by the hour). He began to cut the ceiling and remove the faulty pipe.

Unfortunately, he spent a good ~20 minutes in the van, came back smelling of cigarette smoke and had a small box of tools and one copper pipe. He cleaned the pipe in our living room on the tarp and the rest of the fix took a good 5 minutes.

He took his tools and pipe back out to the van and i cleaned up the tarp myself once the fix was completed.

By the end of the night, we were disappointed with the service provided and worst part was the $450 dollar bill. This bill was not what we were expecting at all considering I had provided the ladder, the tarp, helped the technician bleed the upstairs/downstairs lines and even shut the water on/off to test the repaired pipe. So much for trying to save time and money.

Was the leak fixed? Yes. Would I recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair price and good customer service? Nope.

My husband contacted this place, thanks to the previous Yelp reviews, and we have to agree. These guys are prompt, diligent in diagnosing the problem, and did not overcharge. We previously had someone tell us that the entire system needed to be replaced, but Pat found the problem and was out in about an hour or so. Great job!!!!

Excellent 24 hour plumber service in Corona! I've been using RAM Plumbing for 2 years now for any plumber repair that happens at my home. Every time the problem is troubleshooted correctly, the plumbers arrive promptly, and the rates are very reasonable.

I always feel that the entire process from making the phone call to them to completing the needed plumbing repair is smooth. I already trust them enough that last time I even let them work on my water heater replacement while being at work. The job was done perfectly as always, and all my door locking instructions were followed perfectly.

Jaime came out at 1930 today to check my air conditioner that was not working. He replaced a broken wire and it is working great now. He also spent some time showing me how to operate my thermostat. Jaime was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very happy with the service I received.
