So impressed with these guys. Had an issue with one of my rentals. Called multiple technicians and all couldn't get to the property for 3-5 days! A/C is out and tenant is sitting in 100 degree weather...don't have 3-5 days to figure this out. One call to Stephen and he was able to get a technician Carlos out within in 3 hours. Got the issue resolved for under $500...and I couldn't be happier. Very appreciative and impressed. Will be utilizing these guys in the future. Thanks again.

I looked at YELP.COM, i ANSWERED MAYBE 4 different places ( thursday evening about 650 pm ) , guy that answered phone said man would be here at about noon to 2 pm. Carlos called at about 1130 am, He showed up ready to get to work. He knew about a/c systems, said it could be maybe 2 or 3 things.
Carlos knew his stuff. He was out of here in about 1 hours time. I now have a cold house. Worth the money that I paid for a cold house. Carlos was a very happy, smiling guy. I am a very happy and cold consumer. I would use them again. ASK FOR CARLOS.

No good.This is faker service store.becareful!!! They finished repairing the air conditioner. I charged me 403 dollars. Still not working the next day. They didn't come when I called. Later, I looked for maintenance personnel from other manufacturers. The reason is that they replaced the 75-volt transformer with a 40-volt transformer. Please be careful of this repair shop.

Technician came right away within 2 hours after I messaged them. Technician was able to fixed AC problem and discussed what is going on and what needed to be done. And explained what might come up in the future. Reasonable price service. Highly recommended.

The mid summer rush for these guys and same day service!!?!! Yes that is what happened! I called at 9am and Carlos, who is professional and amazing, was there by 3pm!! Fixed our AC in lightning speed and checked our whole system thoroughly!! Thank you Carlos for explaining to my husband so well!! Price was fair for the great service provided!! Highly recommended!

We called last minute when our AC went down suddenly Monday night. The technician came and worked till almost 9 o'clock at night to get us back up and running. It got up to 90 degrees in our house so we were very happy when it was finally repaired. Great communication! They called and let us know when they were on the way. I appreciated that they were able to take my landlords credit card over the phone so I didn't have to pay and get reimbursed.

Great company with excellent service! My air stopped working and they came out the next morning. Instead of trying to talk me into a new system, the technician worked to get my existing system to work and it works great. I went on vacation and when I returned I heard a rattling noise. I called the company and they came out the next morning again! He found the source of the rattle- something had gotten into the blower. He removed it, fixed it and they did not even charge me! Great quality work and great customer service!

We are absolutely thrilled with the new Lennox air conditioner we had installed two years ago. So much so, we just had our second air conditioning unit replaced today and they did another OUTSTANDING job! Great people, excellent service and name brand products all at very affordable prices. Pricey. OK work but expensive. I will not use them again. He told me they raise their prices in the summer for AC work.
