A tech from Rain Or shine came to Service my AC but he didn't follow any type of service procedures. The next day the fan on the AC stop spinning and I called to get them to come back, the first time the tech Brian was here he checked for voltage ONLY and proceeded to inform us that the unit needed to be REPLACED .
I as a customer would NEVER hire this company again . I got a second companies opinion and they said my unit was still good changed some parts and its perfect now. Do your research well before spending your money on a company like Rain Or Shine Heating Plumbing and air conditioning. They wanted proof of my service with the other company to REFUND my money.
They Had two opportunities to be HONEST and the tech still said the same on the second visit, they even email us estimates to change the UNIT, they even told us how long they would take to do the service so they were determine to CONTINUE with the LIE.
PLEASE DON'T HESITATE to get a second opinion if you hire this company.
Do not get ripped off get another estimate .
I only ended up paying $500 vs $5,000.
Don't pay thousands you don't have to.
Because of techs from Rain Or shine who are incompetent.

This place charged me 300 dollars for a 25 or less thermostat that stop working 2 years after. They said it has a lifetime warranty on it but i will have to pay 65 dollar service call. They said the labor is covered so is the thermostat. Then they said they will wave the service call but if they find that it needs something else that they will not wave the sevice call. They originally charged me 370 the first time to look at it and it was cause they suggested i needed a new thermostat that i had it replaced i just didn't know they were going to install the cheapest one they have. Im not sure if i even want them to do anything else to my ac or even recommend them to any one in Hemet Menifee or murrietta

Needed immediate air conditioning service and Carlos came and did a fantastic job. Very good and experienced and explained all repairs done and needed in future.

Called to have someone come and look at my AC to make sure it was working properly and they had a technician out the following morning.
The technician was great! Gave me so much knowledge on my current AC and is working on getting me quotes for a new AC (as my AC is outdated). Best part, when talking about a new AC, he asked what my main concern was (electric bill) and he did not try upselling me at all and recommended a newer model similar to mine... I was very appreciative to that as AC are so costly and was worried.
While he was here, since he understands an AC is an expensive cost, he suggested to clean my current AC and gave me a new filter until I can get a new one it will be an improvement. He was fast (done in an hour) and such a help.
Overall, they were great! I also had called a competitor before my visit and their prices for an initial visit was also less expensive. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Since writing this review, I never received a quote for a new AC... service was great but I was disappointed they didn't get that to me as I was very serious about a new AC.

We called after an entire weekend of no response from our maintenance team of our Landlord and in two hours they came out and fixed our air. Friendly, funny, down to earth and great! I highly recommend them.

Decided to call these guys last night due to my A/C compressor acting up. Steven from Rain or Shine called me at 7am this morning. We scheduled a appointment for 10am and his tech, Brian showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. It was 107f here today, and they saved the day.
I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to refer them or use them again. I found them through Yelp!

We highly recommend Rain or Shine 100%!!! Right in the middle of this awful heat-wave, our AC when out on Father's Day!! Even on Father's Day, Brian, our technician, arrived in 30 minutes to fix our AC. Brian was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, well spoken, clean in appearance, and took the time to explain all our options. We are in need of a new system, but Brian was able to fix our outdated unit in no time at all because all of the needed parts were already on his truck! When it comes time to purchase a new system, we will be using Rain or Shine for the insulation and continued maintenance of our heating and AC unit. Thank you Rain or Shine for very reasonable (up-front) pricing, quick response, amazing consumer service, and keeping this family cool in 100+ weather!!!

The AC went out on the hottest day of the year and Rain or Shine came out ASAP. They were very professional, informative and honest. I did not feel taken advantage of at all. Plus they were very personable. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Rain or Shine!
