We called Raider Rooter because we had a running toilet issue. Our water bill was double what it usually was for months. I spoke with Andrew and he couldn't have been more accommodating. We could only have a technician at our house within a specific time. Not only did they show up on time, they were extremely clean and efficient. The technician even wore booties on his feet! This company is probably the best available in the area for septic systems, but there is room for improvement. Be aware that in doing a new system you will have MUCH collateral damage, and you will have to agree in advance on the contract. In addition, we were not told that the new system has a filter that should be cleaned every six months. A year later we found out, and had experienced problems because we did not know this.

I have had great experiences with this company. I inspect properties and have used them to clean and inspect numerous systems and they have been prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. It is very helpful for people new to septic systems to get the simple """"rules"""" and basic maintenance tips for septic systems and their techs do that every time.

We needed our septic tank drained and they came out to do that but while looking for the septic lid they broke a sprinkler line and while they fixed the line the fix did not hold. We noticed our grass was dying in the front so we turned on the system and the water was shooting up from the repair site and as our sprinklers come on at 3am we did not notice the repair did not hold until our grass started to die. I called to explain the repair did not work and was told to much time had passed so to bad so sad. I explained that the sprinkles come on at 3am so we did not know the repair did not work until our grass started to die. The Person on the phone was rude and again they told us to bad not our problem its yours. I would not recommend this company as they do not stand behind their work.
