So around 7ish in the morning I was awoken by some noises around my house and I went to go look and it was the Raider Rooter and I have to say bad customer experience. They came into my property without me saying come in or letting me know that they were here( I understand some business call a day ahead letting you know) but guess what it was the WRONG HOUSE!( They still had the audacity to come into my property without me saying anything )plus We never heard of this company or called them. So in conclusion whether you're a person coming to check on a house or whatever always knock to see if it's the RIGHT CLIENT! and don't open up other people's property. Oh and to top it open I called the office letting them know what happened and the women told me to """"get a life.""""

Stay away from this company for your plumbing needs! Extremely overpriced and difficult to work with. The technician gave me the impression it was a small job but when the proposal came from the office it was over $500 for changing a copper fitting...

Useless. Called them to fix a leak, they came and change a part (which I knew wouldn't work). Called the next day to see how it went and I told them the technician didn't fix it...they decided to send someone else out & that never happened so I called to schedule a new technician, scheduled them and they just didn't show up. The service is terrible.

We called Raider Rooter because we had a running toilet issue. Our water bill was double what it usually was for months. I spoke with Andrew and he couldn't have been more accommodating. We could only have a technician at our house within a specific time. Not only did they show up on time, they were extremely clean and efficient. The technician even wore booties on his feet! I had a problem with my kitchen sink. The office staff was very knowledgeable and nice. I had a serviceman there in about 2 hours. He fixed my sink. He gave me tips and he was knowledgeable as well. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend Raider Rooter. My sister needed her septic tank pumped. I gave her Raider Rooter's number and she was just as happy I was!!!
