We are a licensed contractor specializing in electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting, proudly operating as a small, locally owned business in central Virginia for over 40 years. We provide a range of services such as standby generators, water treatment systems, tankless water heaters, and additional solutions.

Founded in 1979, we proudly serve the Central Virginia region. We possess Virginia State Class A Contractor's licenses, as well as licenses for Electrical, Plumbing, and Gas Fitters Tradesman, and we are authorized in various localities throughout Virginia. We also carry general liability, workers compensation, and auto insurance for added protection.

R. W. Kilby, the owner, has been part of the construction sector since 1971, acquiring skills in equipment installation, mechanical system troubleshooting, and building lasting connections with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

I wanted to offer exceptional, personal service to my clients and create a stable income for my family and the families of my employees. The management of my business enables me to be involved in my children's school functions, and I also provide that flexibility to my employees. I completed high school with an emphasis on technical careers and went on to study at Washington Bible College. I value education and training highly, which motivates me to take trade certification courses and continuing education credits, as well as uphold warranty service dealer status for the products and equipment we install.
