We are a licensed contractor specializing in electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting, proudly operating as a small, locally owned business in central Virginia for over 40 years. Our offerings encompass standby generators, water treatment systems, tankless water heaters, among other services.

Founded in 1979, we proudly serve the Central Virginia region. Our credentials include Virginia State Class A Contractor's licenses and Electrical, Plumbing, and Gas Fitters Tradesman's licenses, allowing us to operate in many city and county areas in Virginia. Moreover, we have general liability, workers compensation, and auto insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Owner R. W. Kilby has been immersed in the construction industry since 1971, gaining expertise in equipment installation, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and fostering strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

My goal has always been to deliver excellent, personalized service to my clients while ensuring a stable income for my family and my employees' families. Running my business gives me the flexibility to engage in my children's school activities, and I strive to offer that same privilege to my employees. I graduated high school with a focus on technical careers and attended Washington Bible College. I value education and training highly, which motivates me to take trade certification courses and continuing education credits, as well as uphold warranty service dealer status for the products and equipment we install.
